Staff was wonderful and spoke perfect English. They were very attentive and helpful. The area is mostly offices, so its not good for nightlife, but convenience stores are near and it is very importantly nearby to Shinagawa station, perfect for a quick trip to or from Haneda

Solid hotel stay. Very roomy bathroom. Decent view out of the window of Shinagawa train station and the new building being constructed across the street. Close access to train station. Convenience store (Lawsons?) within a couple of walking minutes away and a local supermarket about a 15 minute walk away for good lunch/dinner bentos. Enjoyed out stay here.

Hotel was a 10 out of 10! Friendly staff that all do their best to help. Everyone i dealt with spoke english. Location is just a quick walk from shinagawa stastion, great location away from the busier stastions in tokyo (shinjuku, shibuya, etc) your 15 minute away from almost everything on the Yamanote line. My next visit to tokyo ill be booking atbthe Miyako again.
