I didn't like that the TV did not have an option for different languages. English sub-titles would have been great. Also, lighting was a little confusing, especially the bedside lighting for reading. Very convenient for train access.

Me encantó el hotel, la ubicación. Tiene supermercado, lavandería, farmacia y restaurantes en el mismo edificio. La estación del metro Yamanote que te conecta con muchísimas otras estaciones, está prácticamente saliendo del lobby del hotel, por el tercer piso. Definitivamente si regresaría.

I was in a single non-smoking room during my stay at the hotel. Let's start with the cons first. The hotel staff were very kind, even though they spoke limited English. The room was very spacious (in comparison to other hotel rooms in Japan, which are commonly known to be small). The hotel is attached to and nearby many malls, plazas, and restaurants, so it is an extremely convenient location. It is also on the Yamanote subway line, just a couple of minutes walk and mostly covered too, so convenient if raining. Now, let's get into the cons. The hotel has the HARDEST pillows ever; they don't have just the regular type of pillows you usually find in hotel rooms. The walls are pretty thin, so if you have a loud individual/party staying next to you, you are out of luck. There are limited charging outlets in the room: 1 USB by the bed/desk and 1 electrical outlet in bathroom. It was fine for me, but I can see that it can be annoying for others. One last thing is there is no safe in the room. It wasn't really an issue for me though, since I carried all my valuables on me. The hotel is on the older side, so the aesthetics aren't there. Again, I didn't mind because it was so spacious and everything worked fine. For the price of $106 (CAD) per night, I would say it's a pretty good deal, considering the spacious room and extremely convenient location. Would consider staying at this hotel again next time!

Very convenient as the train station is located directly across the property. There is also a Lawson out front which made it easy to grab snacks/drinks at the start and end of our day. Friendly staff in a quiet area. Highly recommend.

Good location and easy to get to from Haneda for a family of four with adult children. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but not as spacious as it looked in the photos. The staff was wonderful. There is a supermarket, Daiso and Family Mart steps away from the hotel and many restaurants nearby. Options for dining is limited on Sundays because many restaurants close early or are not open at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was adequate in all aspects, clean enough, room was big enough, breakfast was ok, right at the Yamanote line, price was good, check in and out was easy, etc. They did charge us 1000 yen per day to store our luggage while we traveled before we checked in, it was free for a few hours after we checked out. We will keep this on our short list of hotels when we go back.
