It is a very clean efficient business hotel. I was travelling with children and the hotel was unwilling or unable to help me reserve a taxi to travel to the airport. This was disappointing particularly as a receptionist has previously helped me to do this.

The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from Osaki Station, making it incredibly convenient. The ground floor connects directly to a mall with a supermarket and a Daiso, adding to its practicality. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Overall, it’s a fantastic value for those looking to stay away from the busy tourist areas.

The location is excellent, with the hotel being conveniently close to Osaki Station. Nearby, there is a grocery store and a drugstore that carry baby essentials like diapers, formula, and baby food.

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our Japan trip. Modern hotel above a shopping complex, excellent buffet breakfast, 1 minute walk to Osaki station on the Yamanote train line with easy access to Shinagawa, Shibuya, Harajuku etc. The "executive deluxe" room we had was cramped for 4 people, but it did the job. There was a mix-up with our booking (we'd booked for 3 adults and 1 child, but the room we were originally given only had 3 single beds) but the reception staff were able to resolve it for us.

A bit out of reach from tokyo as it is in osaki. That being said, it was very close to subway station. You basically exit through a station connected bridge and it’s right in front of you. Easily assessable with luggages. As with all hotel rooms in japan, dont book a one bed, book a two bed
