The hotel is in a quiet area with more residential than tourist attractions aside from the Meiji Jingu areas on the one side. It is a very walkable space with 3 nearby convenience stores including a family mart on the lower level of the building. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

This is a very nice, simple hotel. We did not purchase the breakfast. It's a walk to the nearest train station. The area directly around the hotel feels like it's for locals and not tourists.

Beware of constant self flushing toilet

The breakfast buffet offered western & Japanese is good. When prepurchased at check in versus day of meal it is slightly less cost but wasn’t mentioned until I requested at check in. The Onsen was clean and serene but no mention that it opens at 4pm when checking in at 2pm. I did not like the constant self flushing toilet in our room as I was still on toilet when it would flush, seem very unhygienic and not eco-friendly either. Thinnest toilet paper ever and difficult to tear. Beds were comfortable
