I stayed at Nippon Seinenkan Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The room size is bigger than average by Japan’s standard. Lobby is on the 9 floor overlooking the stadium yet you don’t get the noise from there.
Facilities were clean and well-maintained. There’s an indoor onsen, with one bubble bath, hot and cold bath which I used it twice a day.
Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and they greet you with a smile when you walk past the lobby area. Simple act like this makes you feel welcomed.
Location wise, the nearest stations are Gaiemmae ( 8 min walk) and Sendagaya (15 min walk) so if you are carrying a lot of luggages, it might be a little far but the stretch of road is usually quite empty and flat, making walking easier.
All in all, considering the price paid, I think it is value for money and I will book again when I visit Tokyo in future.
We had a stay booked for our family of 3. The hotel was amazing! We were lucky enough to have a great view. We were on the top floor and were given the view of the baseball diamond which was an awesome surprise for us. The room was spotless, and the daily housekeeping was amazing. Great little convenience store below the hotel and the laundry was a handy service as well. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
This location was convenient and close to the metro lines. It is in a quieter area and close to the stadium. The rooms were comfortable and the floorplan was thoughtful and well laid out. My one complaint was that there was a smell in our room that sadly did not go away. The room itself was clean however. I would likely stay again because the location, hotel room space, and price all met my expectations.
The staff are very helpful and polite. The place is clean and close to the train station. It has a family mart inside the building. The room is standard size but clean and complete with personal amenities. I will definitely stay here again.
First time visiting Japan, staff were extremely friendly and kind. Short walks to multiple train stations making getting to Shinjuku and Shibuya easy or wherever else you might to go. Lots of little coffee shops around the hotel.
The hotel was so lovely! The staff are so friendly and kind. People who say they aren't, I'm really not sure what could have happened. They are so kind and can only help what they can do. I asked if I could get in the room early, and they said they couldn't, but they were still really polite and kind! The only slight down point but is purely like a lot of Tokyo hotels, is the rooms are so tiny! Literally nowhere to put your case. It was like a comedy show when we needed to move around. Still, I loved the hotel and the location.

The rooms here were surprisingly small - our room was supposed to be around 200 sq ft but it did not look more than 150 sq ft. The location imo could be better - it was about a 20 minute walk to Harajuku and there wasn’t many good food options in the area. We did enjoy the small Family Mart downstairs though.
