Staff was friendly but room is on the smaller side. Only stayed a night but would consider using for a longer stay. Location was good and area was nice and quiet.

Located in what I believe to be the old olympic village. Awesome place that is close enough to all the important spots but out the way enough that it is quiet. Staff are very caring and hotel is very clean - great bathrooms. Cool view over the baseball stadium from the lobby. No complaints at all would stay here again.

The view of the Swallows baseball field from the lobby made me happy every time I saw it. My room and all public areas were spic and span, well lit, and with lots of helpful touches. The laundromat and its app was an appreciated amenity in the building. The front desk staff were helpful and extremely courteous. Great location, especially if you like jogging in the mornings. Close to three subway stations.

Hotel was amazing and exactly as advertised. It is located in a very quiet convenient neighbourhood. The nearest subway stops are around 10 minutes walk away. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were attentive and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend staying here in the future for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The ribs are on the small side. The public bath is nice. Conveniently located near the Ginza line and several attractions. One unusual thing: we were asked to pay the hotel to book a taxi.
