The excellent price quality hotel, conveniently located at the Oimachi station. There is a limousine from/to Haneda airport in 30 min so that we don’t need to walk around with heavy suitcases. Oimachi is located very close to the major cities, Shibuya, Ginza, Roppongi, Ebisu and Shinjuku (within 30 min). The hotel has access to Japanese style bath and Spa with 500 yen. The body scrub and massage (12,000 yen) were excellent and highly recommend!!

Twin Room in the next building has a nicer design and more spacious and comfortable than the single room. It was noisy when I stayed in the single room, every morning there would be a staff pushing a trolley :( I would choose this hotel if I ever need a twin room in Tokyo. The hotel is just opposite Oimachi station where Rinkai line and Keihin-Tohoku line run, so location wise it is perfect to access Shibuya, Shinjuku and other places like Ginza only require one transfer. The neighbourhood is quieter and less crazy/noisy compared to touristy places. There are restaurants, Starbucks, Mac, Hankyu supermarket and Atre shopping mall, where you can buy snacks and essentials. You can find Loft (small store), Muji and Uniqlo here. The Haneda airport limousine stops just outside the hotel - very easy. To access Narita airport, you will need to take the train to Shinagawa (1 stop) and transfer to Narita Express. Or you can also opt for a much cheaper option - take train to Tokyo station (a few stops) and airport bus at Yaesu South exit. Airport buses are frequent and you can buy tickets on the spot. It costs 1500 yen one way. Do note the airport bus allows one bag and one check in sized suitcase only. If you are travelling outside of Tokyo and do not want to take your extra luggage, the hotel allows you to leave the luggage in their cloakroom for 300 yen per night - very affordable. The man made onsen is public, not exclusive to the hotel guests. It costs 500 yen per entry.

I often use this hotel when I visit Tokyo. Located in very convenient place. Closed to JR line and Oimachi line. Hotel guests can buy public bath ticket by promotion price. Very good hotel for casual trip.

Service was excellent. The only thing keeping the 3* from being higher is its sometimes old bedsheets/towels. If I had to nitpick about everything its that their microwave is not really clean, and that their carpet is somewhat cheap/old. And this is me trying to pick faults. Clean microwaves newer bedsheets n towels would make it a 4 star hotel. Having a shared kitchen or something and changing the carpet would undoubtedly make it 5 star. Their customer service is 5 star.

Love the convenience of the hotel location. There are shopping mall nearby, a supermarket and lots of eateries. I enjoyed the public bath very much. Love how the hotel provides luggage stand for the guests. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only concern is the cleanliness of the room. Beds were not made properly and there were stains on the bedding, which was quite a turn off. Otherwise everything is great.

Stayed here many times, and gave excellent rating always. This time, I liked their new pajamas. I stayed four days, but they didn't provide me bottle water on my check-in day, but just 1bottle on the second day, and the rest two days without. Next, the same complaint as at the last time, the bed sheets, the quilt cover always dropped onto the floor leading to a bad sleeping experience. Other than this, it's a good place to stay.
