This place is a true GEM, I’ll say sapphire
Absolutely amazing hotel, I will be coming back super close to a lot of things including TOKYO DISNEY!!! the station is 2 minute walk from hotel lobby. It’s one stop from Tokyo Disney and the rooms are renovated to perfection! WHAT ARE YOU DOING STILL READING?!?!?? Book this place NOW

Enjoyed my stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. Room was nice and quiet, a Lawson's downstairs, and shopping within walking distance. One thing they could work on is their daily free reception. Free beer and wine is nice, but the snacks are all candy and sweets with the exception of peanuts. Not a dealbreaker, I would stay here again.

Got welcome bar for free flow of champagne, beer, tea, soft drinks and snacks like nuts, biscuits and candies ( available from 3pm-11pm). Very child friendly. Easy to locate the shuttle bus terminal to Disneyland and DisneySea. Able to get into the bus easily without hassles before the park opens and the park closes. A massive AEON mall is just 10-min walk from the hotel that has a foodcourt with varied dining options from snacks, desserts and main course food, they mainly close at 10pm. McD closes at 12am. Definitely good for people who wanna refresh themselves after the park visit. The room is spacious and they offer a free feet massage machine for our use, but we were too tired to try it out. The only drawback of the room is the weird layout of the toilet. The toilet bowl and the bathroom are separate in two rooms. They expect you to take a shower on the floor instead of the bath tub. It is a good stay for ones who wanna visit Disneyland Parks.

This was the perfect hotel for a Tokyo Disney stay. Check-in was easy and staff was always friendly. The bountiful amenities were fantastic. The free Disney shuttle was great! The area with the surrounding mall, lots of food options, and the train station all nearby were so convenient! I'd stay here again!

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay was a great hotel. Super convenient with a washer/dryer area, train station right near the hotel, malls and convenient shops, and train ride to Tokyo Disney. Definitely staying here again!

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Disneyland. The hotel and its amenities were great, however, the shower smelled strongly like mildew, despite our efforts to use the fresh spray provided. The temperature of the water in the shower would also change randomly from lukewarm to super hot, making it difficult to shower our child.

Great location near Disney. Hotel was steps away from the train station and was just a few stops away. Had a welcome lounge with a cotton candy machine and various treats, and free beer and wine

We stayed here as soon as we arrived Japan. We chose this hotel, firstly due to its distance to Disney Resort and they offer free shuttle back and forth. Close to train station. Also if you take the limo from the airport, the stop is just right in front of the hotel. Imagine we are 5 of us with 4 luggages and a toddler! It was so convenient! Also, theres a 24hrs Lawson convenience store in the building. Kids love it and also utilized lawson to send our luggages to our next hotel for continuous trip! Breakfast is really delicious. Actually one of the best we ever had. You never regret staying here. Thanks Oriental Hotel Tokyo.

I love the customer service at this hotel! It’s attached to the JR station but there is a bus station on the other side as well. Anything you need is within walking distance. They have many trams to and from Disney. Family rooms are large and spacious. They even have a Lawsons that’s open 24hrs.

Great location. Within 5mins sheltered walk to a mall with Aeon supermarket and lots of dining options. A convenient shop just in the hotel itself. Free shuttle service to Disney park.
