Great location near Disney. Hotel was steps away from the train station and was just a few stops away. Had a welcome lounge with a cotton candy machine and various treats, and free beer and wine
We stayed here as soon as we arrived Japan. We chose this hotel, firstly due to its distance to Disney Resort and they offer free shuttle back and forth. Close to train station. Also if you take the limo from the airport, the stop is just right in front of the hotel. Imagine we are 5 of us with 4 luggages and a toddler! It was so convenient! Also, theres a 24hrs Lawson convenience store in the building. Kids love it and also utilized lawson to send our luggages to our next hotel for continuous trip! Breakfast is really delicious. Actually one of the best we ever had. You never regret staying here. Thanks Oriental Hotel Tokyo.
I love the customer service at this hotel! It’s attached to the JR station but there is a bus station on the other side as well. Anything you need is within walking distance. They have many trams to and from Disney. Family rooms are large and spacious. They even have a Lawsons that’s open 24hrs.
Great location. Within 5mins sheltered walk to a mall with Aeon supermarket and lots of dining options. A convenient shop just in the hotel itself. Free shuttle service to Disney park.
Room is big. Very conveniently located, just on top of Shin-Urayasu station. Has Lawson next to entrance. Walkable distance to shopping malls. Has free shuttle to disney resort.
The hotel was in a super convenient area, next to train and bus stations and shopping centers. There's a convenience store downstairs and an amenities room, which one should check before purchasing necessities. Rooms were spacious with separate toilet, sink and large tub/shower. There's also a free shuttle to Disney. Overall, a great place to stay!
Perfect for our Disney stay. Shuttle bus to Disneyland and Sea was so convenient. Also very convenient with the train station and airport limousine bus stop so close and a Lawson in the lobby. Hotel room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided - foot massager and shoe dryer were especially appreciated! Would highly recommend.
Great rooms good location. Unfortunately had avoidable dramas on check out where the hotel had put a hold on our credit card for more than the value of our total stay, then we had to pay in full effectively leaving us thousands of dollars short for the next part of our trip (whilst we waited for it to be “returned”. Others in our group were simply charged at check in (not sure why we couldn’t just pay on arrival which is what we were wanting to do anyway). Whilst I’ve had “holds” put on my card before, it’s never been for *more* than the total value of our stay. For this reason I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to others.
Stayed October 2024. Spacious rooms for a hotel, very convenient location for visiting Tokyo Disneyland due to proximity to Maihama station, supermarket also very by. Very nice lobby and convenient supplies for towels etc. Stayed in the 'older' rooms but still nice and they are currently renovating the rooms so clearly investing in the place which is alway good to see.
This hotel is convenient if wanting to stay close to Disney when you have a family and their welcome reception as well as amenities (room goodies), however check in was excruciating. We didn’t check in til late and the front desk was busy with a line. Most guests were locals so it seemed as though check ins were smooth. When we got to the desk, the clerk handed over a iPad and left. The key board was quite confusing especially if you’re not tech savvy. We understand that a lot of places in Japan are self serve but there was six clerks walking back and forth and no one even check in on us. Took us a while to figure everything out. But it was quite stressful, especially when we looked up and everyone else was gone except for us. I can’t say that it’s because we are foreigners as I did see some other foreigners checked in when we lined up and they seem happy. We just think that at least one clerk could have asked us if we were okay considering we were still there after everyone. So, to save anyone else the headache. 1.) Make sure you have a QR code. We didn’t have one since we booked with Expedia. Maybe contact Expedia to send you one. 2.) You have to register everyone in your party so make sure you have your passports out. 3.) Stay elsewhere if it’s within your budget and are staying longer than a day as the outside of the hotel looks good, but the rooms are small and somewhat out dated. Our shower smelled. Husband says it’s equivalent to a Motel 6.
We had an amazing stay. Food and shopping close by was excellent, easy shuttle bus that took us to Disney, so close to the train station but never noisy and a Lawson just dowstairs.
Staff were beautiful, kind and helpful and our room was perfect.
Really enjoyed our stay v convenient for Disney with a regular shuttle or one stop on the MTR
Liked the extras you got in the welcome area free beer, wine soft drinks and sweets was nice when returning from Disney and was appreciated by all. Good washing facilities and a nice restaurant although we only had breakfast which was very good
Would recommend as price was good compared to hotels on the monorail loop
The hotel provides shuttle service to Disneyland, which was the main reason we picked it. The room was clean, furniture and facilities are quite new and well maintained, love the few USB ports provided for charging devices. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that when we asked one of the receptionists if they provide luggage delivery service or knew where to find, he said no straight away. The guy was on the left separate counter, not the main reception counter. We then accidently found out they do provide the service. Seems that guy requires more training.

Solid accommodation but you get what you paid for
Great location for Disneyland and there is a lawson on the lobby of the hotel. Hotel also offers a shuttle bus to both disneyland and disneysea.
However, the hotel is really run down. Bathroom were ok but a bit filthy.
Overall, good accommodation given closeness to the theme parks and kids enjoyed the little perks.
