This was a great hotel option for staying in Tokyo. Upon arrival, the staff was english speaking which made check in and check out super easy. It appeared many of the staff was multilingual and other languages could be spoken as well. The room itself was also very spacious, we were a party of 3 and chose a connected twin room. There was plenty of space to put our luggages down. The only downside was the pillows provided were not the most comfortable. The area is quiet and is a nice walk to a water view. Though a little far from areas like Shibuya/Shinjuku/Asakusa. But in terms of transportation, there is subway access which is a 5-8 min walk and there is also access to buses right upfront of the hotel. Additionally the bottom of the hotel has a 24hr 7/11 which was great for whenever we needed a quick snack either early in the morning or late at night. We stayed for 6 nights and this hotel included a shared laundry facility. I felt very safe using it and leaving it unattended as you can set a security pin to prevent anyone else from opening it. Additionally you can check the status of it from your hotel room tv. The downside is the dryer wasn't very effective despite drying my clothes twice. We ended up having to hang the clothes within our hotel room. As we were staying multiple nights, we were provided with daily room cleaning services, the staff was amazing and it was lovely to come back after a long day to a clean room with new towels and a made bed.

It was a lovely hotel and the hotel staff were very helpful. The location was convenient with a bus stop close by and a short walk from the station. The only minor issue was a constant draft sound coming through the door which was annoying. Also, despite being on the 12th floor, the ventilation system would bring in the smell from the restaurant in the mornings.

Didn't want to honour late check out. Soured the entire visit. Place is a bit out of the way from the centre, which has its pros and cons.

Property was really nice the hotel was amazing! The downside of this hotel is that when going around the main area of Tokyo you have to take a bus that is usually always packed then take 2 trains after that depending on your destination mine was Shibuya & Shinjuku & Tokyo sky tree, luckily it was my last week in Japan so I only had to deal with that for 4 days. As a first timer in Japan i learned a lesson to book a hotel near a train station! Recommend being next to the H line station it’s a lifesaver.

Clean & modern hotel in quiet areas near tsukiji & ginza. There are late night dining options & 24 hr konbini very close to the hotel. We stayed 7 nights and had great experience.
