This accommodation doesn’t provide luggage storage services once guests have checked out. If you’re considering staying here, be aware they won’t hold your bags after checkout, so you’ll need alternative storage arrangements if you’re not leaving the area immediately. I regret not checking Google feedback before making my reservation. On Expedia, I saw the property was in a peaceful, accessible location with rates fitting my budget. I missed mentions about their no-storage-after-checkout policy. I was traveling with one medium and one large bag, as I was continuing to another country afterward. At checkout, I asked if staff could hold my belongings. The worker showed me his phone with a Google translation: “According to our website policy, we cannot store bags after checkout. Please use the coin lockers at Ebisu station.” The storage compartments in the lobby are only for guests checking in that day. I felt I wasn’t valued as a guest once I’d checked out. One star for creating unnecessary hassle, wasting my time, and stressing my day as I scrambled to solve my luggage situation for the hours before my flight. The mattresses are comfortable and rooms are adequately sized for solo travelers. The location is reasonably quiet. The sink was outside the bathroom, which was a small space with just the shower. Fine for one person, but worth noting for those traveling with companions who want privacy while changing.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This was a no frills property relatively close to Ebisu train station. There is also shopping amd restaurants nearby. Using the GO taxi app was a bit unreliable as the GPS did not direct drivers to the front of the hotel. The included breakfast was simple but tasty.

Overall, a great place to stay in Ebisu for tourists: convenient location with restaurants, convenience stores and Yamanote train station nearby; clean room; and basic but tasty continental breakfast. A bit pricey, but the location is worth it.

The main reasons for the poor review were because the walls looked dirty and scratched up in our room and the breakfast wasn’t very good compared to 7/11 snacks. Loved the location and view from our room but this hotel is in poorer condition than the other places we payed a little more to stay at in Tokyo which I suppose makes sense. It would make a big difference if they kept up on maintenance.
