This was an amazing stay! Perfect for a Couple’s Trip We had such a wonderful time at this hotel! It was a 3 day trip with my plus one, and everything about our stay was fantastic. The location was perfect right in the center of everything, close to train stations and the local temples we wanted to visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and communicative, which made everything even better. The room was small but just right for the two of us. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the shower and tub after long days out. We truly loved our stay and will definitely book here again when we return!

Boutique style hotel a bit away from the crowd, located in a quiet spot but is less than 10 mins walk to the Senoji Temple and about 5 mins walk to the Sumida river park. We got updated to a twin room with Skytree / river view. Bathroom / shower area is big and bathing accessories are pretty ok with quality. Overall we enjoyed our room experience which has a sitting area, a balcony with two chairs and a walk-out space with open air bathtub. We got a free breakfast. We chose Japanese but it is a bit disappointing. We feel that the staffs all looked busy and the restaurant is not very well-organized and not able to manage all the guests at the same time. My beef shabu shabu was tough and over-cooked in the metal bowl being heated with a candle because the server said open the lid only after 5 mins. The pre-cut sashimi dishes in the front fridge is not even closed when we came in. The flavor of rest of the other side dishes is cold and just ok. The guest next to us got her order wrongly taken.

For the price and location, having an outdoor private hot tub in a main area of Tokyo, this was the best hotel we have stayed at out of our three trips to Tokyo. The included breakfast, with the option to choose from three different traditional Japanese meals and several western meals, was very good. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese aesthetics with tatami mats.

Beautiful ryokan. Clean, well stocked with drinks, and other hygiene products, and a lovely outdoor bath. Didn’t have a terrace view which would’ve been nice, but the window view was beautiful from the 13th floor. Breakfast has many options and was delicious. The surrounding area gets pretty busy! Overall, no complaints.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to all main attractions of Asakusa within waking distance. The room had a great view of the Tokyo Skytree which was a nice bonus. However the rooms are quite small and the beds are small and very hard. The hotel room could benefit from a TV with access to non-Japanese channels or at least Netflix.

The hotel overall was good however quite expensive for what it was. I forgot a small Tumi bag in my room, and I am 100% sure i left it in the room, and i contacted the hotel, only to be told that they haven't found anything. Hence, other than service and the room, not quite the experience i wanted to leave with.

This hotel is incredible!!! Perfectly located in Asakusa, extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us, delicious breakfast. The room was spotless, authentic, and very comfortable. The bidet and toilet were next level and we enjoyed soaking in the outdoor tub. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo!

Good but small

Pros: the location was fabulous. We really enjoyed spending time in the Asakusa neighborhood. The staff were lovely and kind. The breakfast was super tasty and there was a lot of it. Cons: it's a very, very small room. Smaller than you're thinking! We arrived off the plane and went straight here and it really wasn't an ideal space for a family recovering from jetlag.

Staff and accommodations are amazing. Everyone on staff that I interacted with speaks at least some English, and they were willing to humor my attempts at Japanese too. The staff at the restaurant is awesome as well, and the food is excellent for breakfast. The skytree view room is worth every penny. I've stayed here twice and hope to stay many more times, I really don't have enough good things to say about this hotel.

LOVED this stay! In a quieter part of Tokyo but still less than 10 minute walk to Asakusa station and only a five minute walk to Senso-ji shrine. Had a corner room with private outdoor bath that was incredible! Very spacious with view of Tokyo Skytree and the outdoor bath was beautiful. Included breakfast was great in private room with Western or Japanese options. The staff was very kind. Would absolutely stay here on another trip to Tokyo!
