Overall this hotel has exactly what one would expect from a Japanese business hotel chain.
Rooms are small, but clean. Space is utilized well, but this particular hotel's rooms are more basic and utilitarian than most other chains.
The bed may be a bit too hard for many people, and the pillow was dreadful.
Morning breakfast was very basic, consisting of various types of bread, boiled eggs, orange juice and coffee.
The surrounding area has a variety of shops and Toyo-cho Station, on the Tozai subway line, is a few minutes walk away. The Tozai Line is often quite crowded, but will get you into the center of Tokyo fairly quickly.
I'd probably stay at this hotel again depending on the price.
