The staff and hotel services are excellent. I liked that the staff would try and help with any query but are also honest about things they can’t help with. The food was good but could be improved by having more halal meat options. As this limited me to only having exactly the same fish and vegetables every morning for breakfast. I was out every day so the hotel accommodation and services suited my needs on my trip to Japan.
