This is in a great location to access the JR line and the airport. The neighborhood itself is nice and quiet, and the staffs are good at providing assistance in multiple languages. If I visit Tokyo again, I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We loved the free coffee and breakfast. Our shower was excellent. I have allergies and it would have been nice to have been offered a non-feather duvet and pillows. Instead, we got a small blanket in a duvet cover which ended up scrunched up, and small cushions which weren't very comfortable. It was a last minute request but maybe buy some alternatives for the next allergic guest?

It was not noticed until my last day of staying but i took the sheets off the bed to make it easier for the cleaning lady and when i lifted the sheet there was bed bugs. I felt nasty after discovering this.

I stayed here for two nights, and by "stayed here" I mean that I stayed here for one night then got another hotel for the second night. I was in room 103, right near the lobby. And I heard EVERYTHING that happened in the lobby -- every voice, everything being moved around, every new trash bag being opened, EVERYTHING. And when I tried to sleep, my sinuses started to close. Turns out, there was mold in the shower -- mold on the shower door and mold on the ceiling. Given this hotel's high-ish rating, I can only imagine how much better it must be on a non-ground floor. But if I can't ensure that I'll be away from the ground floor, I won't be risking it again. This hotel just lost a customer for life.
