I had a great stay at this hotel! It felt very safe and welcoming, with friendly staff that made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The location is fantastic—right beside the metro and close to everything, making it perfect for exploring Tokyo. There are tons of restaurants and shopping options in the area, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Never disappoints

This is my favourite hotel in the Tokyo region. The location is excellent, and the hotel is always very clean and welcoming. I really loved the massage chair in my room.

We absolutely loved staying here. Close to several train stations, this hotel location was a wonderful hub for us to call home base as we explored Tokyo. We also loved the neighborhood. There is a Starbucks next door, but we found the drip coffee the hotel offered to be just fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, with lots of shopping and dining nearby, along with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean, but looked like it could use a good scrubbing and seemed worn. I had read this in reviews beforehand and wasn't surprised. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan!

Hotel location was fantastic with the station next to hotel, The hotel rooms are quite outdated, the bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep the mattresses definitely need replacing they are too old The noise from the trains is quite bad also The staff was very helpful and the hotel had lots of amenities, the room was very clean

As I booked a room for a single person, it was slightly small. On the positive side, the room was clean. The staff does a good job at keeping it so whenever we request for room cleaning. The location of Remm Akihabara is unbeatable. It is located right next to Akihabara Station and is perfect for anyone shopping in the area.

This is an amazing hotel to stay at to be literally on top of Akihabara station. If you want to be centrally located to a station AND all of Akihabara this is the perfect hotel. Room was a bit small, but the shower and bathroom were massive! The massage chair in the room took up space we could have used for our luggage, but we were still able to manage our 2 large checked bags and 2 carry-on pieces.

This was my favorite hotel during this trip. I had the 18th floor and that came with a lovely view of the cityscape. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Connected to the JR station makes this hotel very convenient.

Great location with subway next to the hotel, a starbucks downstairs for a quick coffee and shops galore outside. I was worried it may be quite a loud area but the hotel was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was nice and the shower was particularly great. My only gripe was that i didn't feel the room was very well hoovered/cleaned prior to our arrival, there was a bit of grubbiness on the window seal and the massage chair in the room was particularly grubby with bits and bobs in the gaps of it. The first towel we received also was not very clean - i'm sure it has been through the wash but there was some stuff on it still that hadn't come off. If it were better cleaned it would be 5 star. Staff at check in were very helpful too.

Rooms were on the smaller side and showers are separated by glass with blinds to pull down just fyi. The hotel itself was nice and kept up with. We used the laundromat here and it worked great.
