For a non japanese speaker there is only one TV channel (CNN). Boring. The room is too small for a big massage sofa. Take that off. There is no closets or room for the suitcases

Nice quiet spot, walkable to the main parts of Ginza. Room was small but functional. We were able to arrange earlier check in for a fee which was great after a long travel day. Overall would definitely recommend. Only note would be that the beds are a bit firm.

Not enough amenities such as coffee machine, accessories for skincare etc. Air conditioning did not work well, had very poor sleep during our stay. Staff did not understand English well. Very difficult to communicate.

I loved how close this property is to train stations, restaurants, and convenient stores. This hotel is super clean, quiet and the staff were extremely friendly at our stay. Their breakfast was really good, it's the same food every morning but that was fine with me. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Japan

Clean, comfortable room although a little on the small size. We struggled to have space for our two suitcases. Massage chair was fantastic after a long day of walking around Tokyo.

Staff are very friendly and cleaners are very good. There’s great options of shops nearby for eating. Within walking distance of multiple stations which helps travel around Tokyo. Also massage chairs in the room to help relax after a lot of sightseeing.

Our first rooms air conditioning started smelling weird ate at night and the staff was very helpful and accommodating in giving us a different (upgraded room). Beds and rooms were super comfy and I slept wonderfully.

Very convenient location and was easy to get to places. Bathroom was a lot bigger compared to other Japan hotels and having a massage chair after a long day of walking and shopping was definitely a plus. Will definitely be coming back!!
