Amazing stay close to a lot of shopping and dining. The nearest train station was about a 6minute walk. Staffing at the hotel were kind and courteous. Would definitely stay here again if back in Ginza.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The check in experience was a little slow but after this there is nothing i could fault. The hotel is close to train stations (2-5 mins walk away). Supermarket round the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Super comfortable beds and best pillows i have ever had in a hotel. They offer free sheet masks and toiletries if youve forgotten anything. Two water bottles supplied to the room each day. If/when i return to Tokyo i will definitely be staying at this hotel. Special thanks to Miyazuma (elder gentlemen) who even helped to flag down a taxi at 5am when we had our airport run. Also the hotel kindly stored our luggage for six nights in between when we travelled to Kyoto and returned back. Cannot fault this stay at all.

We loved our stay. Remm ginza is very luxurious feeling and we were greeted by a gentleman ( wears glasses, didn’t get his name) who spoke amazing English and he was so warm, kind and fun. He really made the atmosphere better - I felt like I was in a movie. The other staff was helpful and great as well but he stood out. He’d even walk you to the elevator and click the button for you. I really wish I could have told him in person but he wasn’t there the day we left. As a guest, the check in is seamless and you even get complimentary gifts per person! The rooms were amazing and clean - we really enjoyed the massage chair and the cute matching pjs. I wish we could have stayed longer I loved it so much!

This hotel is located conveniently, with Don Quiote and Family Mart a few minutes away. My only wish is that the massage chair could be an option to have or not. The rooms are small so if the chair was not there, that precious space could be used for luggage. The bathtub and shower area are spacious, and the toilet is separate, which is nice. The staff was very accommodating, so it made for a pleasant stay.

Very quiet area but easy walking distance to the bustling shopping, restaurant & cafe area. Reception staff were extremely helpful, the room small but clean & comfortable all amenities catered for. Highly recommend the hotel.

Wonderful stay
The hotel and room were amazing. After a long walk, returning to your room and using a massage chair is always great. It's the most thoughtful idea that I ever met at hotels. I also want to add that the room was very cozy with all the amenities you might need. 10 out of 10

Clean, comfortable rooms that are surprisingly spacious by Tokyo budget hotel standards. The massage chair in the room was so nice after a long day of sightseeing. Location was great and walkable to multiple station lines. It also has a 24 hour Family Mart underneath it.

The room was very small no laundry facilities guests had to make their own airport transportation requests. The breakfast was good and the checkin was seamless. Hotel was walking distance to the metro. I would think twice before stayi g there again.
