Excellent location directly in front of subway lines. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of amenities. Space is can be limited for some but fit my wife and I well. Showers with great water pressure. Staff helpful and check in and check out very easy.

The rooms are tiny, but there was a massage chair! The massage chair was an ok size for me bc I’m short, but anyone normal height or taller probably won’t fit. Our room had a smell, kind of like old smoke maybe? I couldn’t place it but after a while, I got used to it. But it did have a smell. I wish there were more hooks and another towel bar in the bathroom. There’s nowhere to hang another towel. I found the location convenient to Tokyo station and transportation lines, but not much going on right outside, it’s a business office area. Check in and out was fairly easy, not much interaction with staff but everyone seemed fine.

Nice stay

The hotel appears to be quite new, room was nice and clean. Bed comfortable. We had the breakfast during our stay and there were a lot of choices. We walked to the train station and back with our luggage, very doable. Very handy that the subway entrance was right in front of the hotel. As for evening meals- I would recommend getting a reservation. Many of the nearby restaurants are very small and are mostly for reservations. We had difficulty finding a place to eat near the hotel.

It is located within walking distance to ginza and tokyo station. Taxis are easy to flag at the doorstep and one of the metro exits is just in front. There are minimarts downstairs for peckish moments. Surrounding are generally office buildings so peaceful at night.

Tokyo visit

Nice hotel close to Tokyo station and Ginza district. Room was a bit small but it is Tokyo after all. Massage chair in the room was perfect. Good breakfast, with japanese and western choices.

Very convenient location in central Tokyo. Just a 10min walk from Tokyo station if you're coming from any of the two airports or from another city via the Shinkansen. Hotel is exactly in front of the Ginza Line which goes to Asazuka and Shibuya! We got the queen bed room and it is very spacious for a couple. It is enough room for 4 luggages and doesn't feel cramped. Bed is comfortable and more towards the firm feel. The massage chair is a huge plus! I believe all rooms come with it but you'll use it after 20k steps of walking. We didn't try their breakfast buffet so I don't have anything to say for it. There are a few coffee shops near by as well for early morning snack. Right next to a 7-Eleven for conbini runs and money withdrawal. Lobby staff are extremely helpful! We got tickets for the Dodgers Tokyo series and they held on to our tickets after the tickets were delivered a few days early before our check in date. They help with luggage delivery services as well. Would recommend staying here again!
