A pretty reasonable (<10 minute) walk to Tokyo station with its plethora of trains, Shinkansen, shops, food, restaurants and souvenirs. It's also less than 5 minutes from two additional metro/subway stations. And there's a grocery store and multiple convenience stores nearby. There was always one of the hotel staff on duty who spoke fluent English, which was convenient for us. The hotel and room is new and clean. But having just spent 10 days prior in regional cities and rural areas, I had a bit of shock because I'd forgotten to adjust my expectations for Tokyo hotel room sizes. Yes, I had accepted the size of the room at the time that I booked, so it's all relative and it is what it is.
This is my preferred hotel to stay when I do one week in Osaka and one week in Tokyo. Fairly close to the main Tokyo station makes it walk able when i lug my suitcases off the Shinkansen. Even if I need to take a cab it wont be more than 10 dollars so that's also very convenient. And with the Ginza subway line right at the foot of the hotel, it makes going places and shopping very easy. Lastly when I need to go fly home, the Airport Limousine depot is right by Tokyo Station so it make it easy to transports all my luggage to Haneda or Narita Airport.
This hotel is perfect for travelers who want to get around Tokyo. The Kyobashi stop is right in front, and there are tons of shops within walking distance (including the high end shops of Ginza, excellent coffee shops, and the Pokemon Center). Its centrally located between Asakusa and Shibuya. The facilities were very clean, the staff was very helpful, and it was an overall enjoyable stay.
Note: the rooms are very compact. It's close quarters for more than one person.
Right at a ginza line entrance, a small block from asakusa line entrance, and a short walk from Tokyo station. Several restaurants, cafés and konbinis nearby.
Very helpful and friendly reception staff (good English).
Breakfast very good, but don't expect a massive buffet.
We arrived early, but staff were very happy to hold our luggage until check-in.
Check-in and check-out via machines, but staff assisted if needed.
Very likely to stay here again.
For the price range this hotel is excellent. The rooms are tiny and it's not an A property but it's great given the location, the price, and in comparison with what else is out there in Tokyo. Location is excellent and pretty close to Tokyo station, though it is in a pretty posh neighborhood, so if you want to shop for example, you are mostly going to find very expensive high end brands. Just a small note that the lighting in the room is pretty unpleasant & harsh

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel was centrally located close to Tokyo Station, making transportation relatively simple. The area had numerous restaurants and the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.
The room, however, was exceedingly small. . I expected a hotel room in Tokyo to be small but I didn't expect a to have major problems in finding a place for out luggage. There was very small massage chair that was painful to sit in and blocked the only other place to sit in the room. The breakfast was extremely bad, both cold and no replenished when an item was out. Avoid the restaurant at all costs.
The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They Speak English. The property is close to subway, easy for taxi and Uber pick ups. Safe and quiet at night. Has two 7 elevens close to hotel. Great for late night snacks!
This was a wonderful hotel with a great staff. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with western and Japanese offerings. Hotel rooms in Tokyo are small and this was our only reservation.
The hotel was in a great location (safe, quiet, right outside the metro station) and had a 7-11 below which was perfect to grab snacks whenever we headed out in the morning or headed back at night. The toilet was spacious and the shower was great. Would choose this hotel again because of the convenience and location (easy access to Tokyo station and Haneda airport too)
The pajamas were a bit itchy but everything was nice, well clean and most importantly quiet. Easy check in and out and staff was very adamant with their help.
