This young lady ( name Tsunakawa) at the reception went out of her way to patiently help us send a luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto, even calling that hotel to make sure they have our reservation for the dates. While the rest of the staff were all helpful and polite, Tsunakawa stood out with her eager attitude like a breath of fresh air which is rarely found today in the service industry, even in Japan

It wasn’t a very pleasant stay and I’ve booked 12 nights for the entire trip. Throughout the stay, minimal cleaning or checks were done for room service eg. batteries not replaced for the clock even I have removed the lid and placed specifically aside on the bedside table, items not packed away, pyjamas piled on my stack of clothes despite already having 4-5 set of fresh pyjamas in tne room. When got back and was unpacking my luggage, I realized that one of the items was missing. Luckily the amount is small however it was meant as souvenir hence it is quite disappointing that this has happened.

Overall clean and nice hotel but rooms are very small with nowhere to store clothes or toiletries. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Breakfast is good.

Great Hotel Great location

This hotel is very conveniently located for a trip to Tokyo just a short walk from Tokyo station it also has access to the Tokyo Metro Ginza line right in front of the hotel as well as the Asakusa line just around the corner. We spent 7 nights at remm and enjoyed every moment from our check which we thought would be problematic because we had two separate reservations due to a change in plans but the staff was more than helpful in combining the two so we didn't have to switch rooms or checkout then back in.We had a standard double room with a queen bed a small sofa and a massage chair as well as a very nice TV that included access to YouTube Netflix prime video and Hulu with your own accounts of course the bathroom was small but adequate The shower was a stand up only shower that was amazing with a rain shower head and wall mounted head remm was very clean and cleaning service is offered in Eco style just giving new towels Regular full cleaning and no service required though they will do a full service every 3rd night no matter what.There are 3 7-11 stores located within 1mins walk as well as a Starbucks across the street and a Tully's coffee which we prefer 2 mins away..There are no laundry facilities accessible by customers but the hotel does offer laundry service for a fee. we went to 39 laundry just an 8min walk or so from the hotel and did laundry...we will definitely consider staying at remm the next time we are in Tokyo it was a very pleasant experience

Overall the hotel is amazing. It is right at an exit of the metro and has a convenient store attached to it. It is a fancy and quiet neighbourhood with lots of shopping options. The only downside is that there is no coin laundry onsite and the nearest coin laundry is 10 minute walk away.
