This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and location. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. The rooms are clean, have superb blackout curtains, and amazing water pressure in the shower. There’s a 24-hour 7-11 downstairs (if you’re battling jet lag), and the Kyobashi train station is directly out of the front entrance. It’s a 5-10minute walk to Tokyo Station and Marunouchi square. I would recommend any first time visitors to stay here!

They charge additionally 1000 Yen’s for stay in their hotel, when you check in . Everything is computerized. Don’t expect any service or help from staff if you don’t speak Japanese !!

The location of this property is excellent, right near the main Tokyo train station. The room was very clean but very small. No where to even put a suitcase.

The ginza line train station just outside the hotel is very convenient. Also close to tokyo station walkable. Also walkable to train station direct haneda airport was great for me. The other servives were also satisfactory. Good stay.

Our second time staying, the rate got a bit more pricey compared to when we stayed in Dec 23. We probably will come back to this hotel depending on the rate because there are other hotels around the area too. But we are very satisfied especially with the location of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is the same everyday, there offer no variations. Overall a good hotel to stay at.

Tidy and convenient
The Remm Tokyo Kyobashi is a well-kept hotel with generous rooms by Tokyo standards, in a great location with a subway station outside the front door, Tokyo station a short walk away and Ginza’s shopping district just down the street. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for us as a couple. It was an excellent base for exploring Tokyo, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
