I’ve stayed at this hotel 6 times since 2019. I pick this hotel because of my experiences here. The staff is always friendly and informative, the rooms are always very clean and maintained in an environmentally manner, the restaurant is always good and I always get breakfast included with my room, and the hotel is located next to Solamachi Mall and the train stations. There’s also taxi and buses available right outside the hotel. There’s also a grocery store next door as well as many other shops, services, and restaurants. Overall, an amazing place to stay at an affordable price. I’ll definitely be staying there again within the year.

Late winter trip

We’re in Tokyo for a few days. The check in was fairly quick with adequate English support. Our stay at the hotel was overall relaxing and pleasant, hopefully they keep up the good conditioning unlike some where the rooms age out. Staff are professional one lady even helped us with nail salons info.

The staff was welcoming and explained how all the amenities worked. They provided the way the cleaning crew worked during the number of days of our stay. They spoke good english which made the experience so much nicer. The hotel is located almost next to Tokyo Skytree and the train station, bus station is located right at the front of the hotel.

4 Star accommodation in great location

The location of the property is just amazing, its right opposite to Tokyo Skytree & Solamachi mall. There is the oshiage train station next to the mall. Its close to Asakusa area & many more spots. The comfort room we stayed was spacious to open 3 23ltr travel suitcase at the same time & still walk around the room with ample space

This is our 4th time at this hotel and it never disappoints. This time we came with my elderly parents and 2 friends. Everyone loved the location, convenience, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, and public transportation just in front of hotel. Everything you need is just a few steps away. Subway entrance is just across the street from hotel and also taxi stands. Easy access to shuttle buses to and from Haneda airport and Disneyland too. A wonderful supermarket connected to hotel. So much shopping, markets and dining options. This will always be our hotel while in Tokyo.
