This place is amazing. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel with rooms that include a sauna and an "onsen" style hot tub. Great customer service and super friendly. Their share lounge was an added plus to the whole experience. 100% recommend.

This was literally the best choice! We also have a 3 year old toddler and this hotel was honestly best location. Across the street from Skytree mall! Grocery store underneath! Kura sushi across the street and train station! What more can you ask for? We booked a double room for the 3 of us and it was more than enough room. The room is pretty standard sized compared to most hotels in Japan. If you want rooms that are “American sized” suggest booking Hilton, Sheraton, InterContinential. We’re also light/minimal travelers especially to Japan because we can always purchase what you forgot here. The only downside is that you will need to walk about 15-20min to Asakusa (or train) and Ueno for other attractions. We highly suggest this location.

This was a really amazing place to stay! We opted for a fancier room and were thrilled that we did -- we chose the Book Room, which had two double beds and a sofa, plus plenty of floor space. Beautiful book shelves and beta fish made it extra unique. The view from the top floor of the SkyTree and surrounding city was beautiful. Breakfast buffet at the Sizzler restaurant was great, essentially the same every day, and a mix of Japanese and western style breakfast foods. The location next to SkyTree and the adjoining metro station was perfect. Several times we took the train two stops to Asakusa across the river for sightseeing/shopping.
