Great location - a short walk to multiple subway lines. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We appreciated the concierge’s recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

We stayed on the executive floor to get lounge access for breakfast, but they had food in the lounge much of the rest of the time, too. They had teatime, evening appetizer and cocktail time, drinks included, and we found the lounge's small snacks adequate to replace lunch when we weren't meeting with friends for that meal. There was a good coffee machine and a beer dispenser available at all times, though I don't believe you can take any of these things to your room. You consume them in the lounge. The people whose desks were in the lounge were extremely helpful, spoke adequate English, and provided us with maps and train information on request. We didn't need the meeting room time that came with the room, but someone there on business may find that helpful. The room itself was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was roomy enough, and the beds were comfortable. They had a prompt laundry service that we used for a few things and were very satisfied with. All in all, it is a good place to stay and one that we intend to stay in again in the future.

It was freezing cold weather but the metro station is directly connected to the hotel and we did not get wet! Also T-CAT, shuttle bus terminal to both Narita and Haneda is next building.
