Amazing location, right by shibuya station. Great for our first two days in Tokyo. Lots of great food options right in the same building. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was a great size for our family of four. The breakfast was excellent as well. Looking forward to staying there one more night at the end of our trip.

Very convenient location, being very close to Shibuya Station. It's a part of a larger mall complex so there are restaurants on the lower floors. Room was comfortable and spacious enough.

We loved our stay here! It is literally connected to Shibuya train station, so it is easy to get all around Tokyo and Japan. Absolutely excellent dining options in the downstairs mall as well. Staff was friendly and courteous! Will be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else the next time we come for a visit.
