Unbeatable location! We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the whole of Shibuya right there to explore and proximity to public transportation was amazing. Our room was clean, quiet, and had an amazing view of Shibuya. Staff was also great and let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out and were waiting on our flight. Highly recommend!

The staff and amenities at the hotel were top notch. Big kudos to the breakfast staff and friendly front desk. The amenity kit in the lobby was convenient. The room colors and decor were sophisticated and really set the mood for our trip. Highly recommend and will be back!

Comfort of Home Inside a Japanese Mall
I actually love this hotel. It's sort of like being in Vegas, because it's attached to a mall, and you never really have to leave. You can also get to the train station without leaving the building, which is kind of amazing. It means that you have access to great coffee, excellent food, etc. without having to wander. Normally, I would hate this idea. But if you're just getting your feet under you in Tokyo, it doesn't hurt. Of course we DID explore a ton, but it was nice to have the convenience of all that's in the Shibuya Stream. I didn't know that's what I was signing up for but I'm glad I did. The rooms are decent sized for Japan. Clean, all the amenities you could need.

Clean, easy to locate, hotel very close to the center of Shibuya and right next to many metro/railway lines. The rooms compact but not too small, with facilities and common areas feeling very new and well kept.

Very close by to the station and shopping area. The restaurant on the 2nd. Floor and 3rd. Floor is very good. We were not told we can get discount as the hotel customer and we only found out at the last day. I saw most of my transactions shows Stream Hotel which are our dinner and lunch transactions. So technically the hotel own those restaurants. The carpet in the room seems dirty and needs to be washed.

Directly connected to Shibuya Station
Located adjacent to Shibuya station, Stream is convenient to get to major sites. That said, Shibuya is a confusing station as so much of it is under reconstruction. There is a free daily drink on offer during happy hour late afternoon each day. The room was above average and adequate for my travels, but not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Great central Shibuya option
Great central location next to shibuya station. Friendly staff. Very convenient to have restaurants and coffee shops a few floor below. Didn’t use hotel bar or restaurant as they were most empty so had no atmosphere. Room spacious and comfortable. Walls are a little thin but luckily the adjoining rooms were quiet.

Great location, rooms are quiet and good blackout blinds! We regret booking a smaller room and couldn’t upgrade. The room was not represented well on the websites and even though we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was far too small for two people!!

Shibuya stream was the perfect location for our 5 days in Tokyo. Perfectly located adjacent to the Shibuya station gave us quick access to every corner of Tokyo. The Shibuya area is lively and being a quick 5 minute stroll away gave us enough buffer to be in a quiet location and enjoy everything at our pace. The rooms are big enough and despite being smaller than western standards we managed just fine. The shower/tub was large and once we discovered we could stand in the tub and redirect the spray, duh. The TOTO toilet was great! Fun to use and spoiled me for life! The restaurant and bar were ok. We discovered a Dean and Deluca right out of the elevator and had our breakfasts there. The bar was good, measured pours and well done cocktails. Again other options nearby provided more variety and better people watching plus more value. We would definitely recommend Shibuya Stream.
