Sakura Hotel Hatagaya was a convenient place, close to many stores, restaurants, and transport links. On top of exploring the nice local area, I could walk to major areas like Shibuya. The staff was very friendly and helpful (such as with my luggage transportation) and the property had everything I needed. I can confidently give Sakura Hotel 5 stars, and would stay again.

The drains in the bathroom needed cleaned and they smelled terribly. It made the entire room smell. The walls were very thin so I could hear the gentleman in the next room snoring all night. Additionally, you could not lower the temp of the room below 20 degrees Celsius so it was really warm. The staff, on the other hand, were so warm and welcoming!!!! They were the best part of the stay!!!!
