staff is good and helpful not much options in breakfast and a bad smell is always coming near wash basins and bathrooms we got room on 1st floor that we dont know and stairs are very narrow hard to take luggage there no lift available.other is all ok

It was great staying here! We had easy access to to the Hatagaya Station. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast and lobby was nice. Overall great place to stay near busy tokyo

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The restaurant / bar has an eclectic selection of international dishes and beers, as well as local options. If you don't fancy eating in, there are half a dozen restaurants less than a 2 minute walk away. There's a post office next door and a kombini / convenience store on the corner. They even have a currency exchange machine offering a competitive exchange rate. It's very well located only 2 stops from Shinjuku station, with trains every few minutes. The rooms are tiny, however that means they are nicely chilled after only a couple of minutes of switching on the air conditioning. The mattresses are very firm, and the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it.

I went with my 3 kids (9, 16, 18 year olds) and it was perfect for us. We walked to many places and felt safe. The staff are amazing and super friendly. Everyone spoke really good English and they were all very helpful. Thank you!

Likes; Staff are very nice. Beds are clean and comfortable! Dislikes: The room is too tight for a family of 3 with luggages. Bathroom is soo tiny too with not enough space to put your personal toiletries. Tiny garbage too in the bathroom hence the bathroom ended up being too messy.

Loved the area, and more importantly the staff were just wonderful. They helped us communicate with local businesses for reservations due to language barriers and also provided us with some great dining recommendations. The area was so quiet and chill. A perfect place to stay to escape a little bit of the noise in Tokyo and feel embraced by a local, authentic energy.

I have been staying in this property at least once every I visit Japan. This place is really conveniently placed near a train station with access to Shinjuku and a walkable distance to Yoyogi. The prices are just right and friendly staff.
