Clean the rooms and it would be great
Good location but needs to be cleaned. For a higher end hotel with nice finishes, it lacked cleanliness. Nothing in the room other than the bedding and towels was clean. We would have expected a higher standard for the cost of this hotel.

Uncomfortable persistent pressure to upgrade room
Why would the receptionist insist on forcing me to upgrade to a bigger room, even citing Japanese law that supposedly limits two people from staying in a smaller room? Although I was eventually able to check into the mid-double room I had reserved after showing the description on Hotels.com stating that it accommodates two people, the experience was very uncomfortable. Her persistent pressure to upgrade and pay double the rate I originally booked made me feel uneasy.

Overall this property was a great experience and located perfectly in Shibuya. Easily accessible to all neighbourhoods (walking, train or taxi). The only downfall/one negative experience was when requested for fresh bedding, I had to do it myself.

It was a super convenient location. Just a short walk to the main Shibuya area. The hotel is part of a complex that had a shopping area with lots of interesting shops. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel and location! Right in the middle of Shibuya and all the action, but you don’t feel like it’s so busy once you’re in the hotel. It is very peaceful. Rooms are a nice size, not as small as typical Japanese rooms, and the view from the rooms are beautiful! Side note: water pressure in shower is great! Customer service is excellent. I do wish that we had the option to do a regular check in instead of having to check in ourselves (of course, with the help of a staff member). It takes a little longer and is a little more complicated for electronically challenged elders like my husband and I. We have stayed here a few times, and plan to do so everytime we’re in Tokyo.

The only good thing of this hotel is the location, the hotel is dirty in all areas, the elevators were really dirty, the floors, the doors. The room is extremely small. The bathroom is tiny. There is no place to hang the hand towel or to put your toiletry bag, the room is just the bed, no closet, very uncomfortable, we stay in 7 hotels in this trip and this one was the only one I would never return. And it’s a shame with the excellent location. I think they really need a manager and replan your eooms
