It’s a quiet area where there are not many shops and restaurants around. If you want a relaxing and quiet place, this hotel is for you. The staff are attentive and the buffet breakfast is good. There are some shrines plus the Tokyo tower nearby if you want to walk around.

Very courteous staff, and happily held our bags for us on our last day with time to kill before our flight out of Haneda. Room was very clean, and large, especially for Tokyo. Moderate walk from Hamamatsucho station so convenient for transportation too. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic central Hotel. Beautiful foyer and fantastic amenities. Staff are incredible and helpful. Ron’s are a good size. Included toiletries are excellent. 400m walking distance to 2 rail lines. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my two grown daughters in December. We shared a suite room with a king bed and a rollaway. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities like bath salts, toiletries, steam iron, hair dryer, etc. Located close to and walking distance to the Daimon train line and nearby to Shiba Park and shopping and karaoke. Staff were immediately and always helpful going above and beyond to help with luggage and anything we needed i.e. calling a taxi, travel advice, etc. The only downside was the smell in the hallways and our room. It smelled like dirty feet and mildew…very noticeable and not sure why it smelled so bad? We were on the 5th floor so avoid that floor, if possible. Due to staff friendliness and helpfulness I want to give this a 5 Star rating- but the overpowering odor forces me to drop it to a 4 Star. That said, I’d stay here again!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were excellent and large. Laundry facilities made it convenient. Was close to various train stations. Didn’t really find much to eat around there but the Lawson and family mart made food on the go so easy. The area is close to Tokyo Tower but be prepared for a bit of travel to get to the action packed parts of Tokyo and Disneyland.

Good hotel for price
The room was not big, with two suitcases there was limited walking space. But we made do! The bathroom was very tight. The bathtub height was short. And the bathroom fan was not functioning properly so condensation would build on the ceiling of the short bathtub and it would drip on you while showering. Not ideal. Cleaning services were done every 2nd night. The lobby was nice, free tea and coffee. The decor was unique. Tucked into a quiet street and about a 5-10 min walk to the train stations.
