I wasn’t expecting it to be this good , from the pictures posted it looked like 1-2 floors , but it is actually a 12 story hotel, and each floor got its own theme, I didn’t try the breakfast so I have no clue, but the staff were amazing and very helpful

Excellent place to stay, would recommend.

Nice, clean and well furnished hotel with good facilities such as filtered water dispenser and washing machine. Location was good, in a more quiet area and conveniently close to the train station. Good variety of restaurants nearby as well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful in organising luggage transfer.

Excellent customer service from staff at front desk , and from the staff who greet you on arrival and help with your luggage. Upon arrival my suitcases were transferred from the taxi into the hotel, helped with my credit card payment problem with taxi, and my suitcases were taken up to my room . Such great customer service after a long flight was much appreciated. My room was small but adequate enough that I could lay my suitcases open on the floor easily. The bathroom is small but ok. The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of local restaurants nearby and close to several subways and train stations. Use Google map and locate the closest McDonald's. If you head there you will find lots of eating options close by. If you continue walking past McDonald's, you will find the Daimon subway, and if you walk further you will find another train station which will take you to Tokyo station. We chose to take a taxi to the Tokyo station and the cost was 2700 yen in May, 2025. There were several Family Marts and 7-Elevens on the route from Shiba Park to McDonald's. We ate at several of the tiny restaurants enroute to McDonald's and what I especially liked was the fact that mostly local people frequented these small restaurants. Shiba Park is rated as a "modest " hotel, but the staff takes it up a notch in my opinion. Each floor has a library room you can sit in while your hubby sleeps, and there is a water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The ice machine is on the 5th.

This hotel is in a good location, with easy access to two train stations. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast. The lobby and common areas are beautiful. We had a triple room with 2 bunk beds and one single bed. The room was pretty small, and the bathroom dated. We only stayed one night which was fine. If we were staying longer, I would have chosen a larger room. All in all, would recommend this hotel.

Impeccable Service & Cleanliness at an Unbeatable

If you’re planning a trip to Tokyo, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s conveniently located near a subway station and right next to Tokyo Tower, with countless restaurants just steps away. The location is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. Above all, the staff’s service and the cleanliness of the hotel are truly top-notch—better than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at many nice hotels before, but I don’t think I’ve ever felt this satisfied. Since Tokyo is known for its high prices, hotel rates are generally expensive, but this hotel offers outstanding service for the price. We stayed in a bunk bed room for our family of four (two adults and two kids), and it was absolutely perfect. The room had everything we needed. If I ever visit Tokyo again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel.
