Good location and spacious, clean rooms, though a bit old styled. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Noise can get through at night esp. On the weekend even though my room was on the 19th floor. Better book upper floors.

Excellent comfortable and quiet hotel right in the heart of Shibuya. Walking distance to many attractions and super close to catch trains. There’s a Starbucks right next to hotel which is open really early for coffee and breakfast. Rooms are spacious at 30m2 for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent all around!

Being in the heart of Shibuya, the hotel was very well maintained and service was excellent. The room was well equipped and had a great view of shibuya scramble crossing from the 21st floor. Easy access to shibuya station, shops and restaurants located below the hotel. Did not have any issues with noise at all. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel lobby also has a money exchange machine. The rates were comparable to others in the area. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
