Solo traveler here, the room is small but I only use it to store my bag and sleep. Definitely a great price when comparing to other expensive hotels and in a good location. Everything was clean and the staff were awesome. Free coffee in the lounge area and the restaurant in front was actually good, I enjoyed a steak dinner and drinks on the outside patio.

It’s very easy to go to Shibuya station. Fantastic! Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful except one male staff member with limited English language skill. His attitude can be further improved.

We only stayed here for one night as we were traveling the next day and although tight it did the job. Shower had good water pressure. Bed was firm but comfortable, plenty of outlets. Room was small but we didn’t stay long so it didnt bother us too much.

Hotel location was very convenient to the Shibuya Train Station, Shibuya Scramble, excellent restaurants and shops. Most of the staff were friendly. We did encounter a couple male staff receptionists at checkout who weren't very friendly and didn't appear to enjoy their job. The hotel had a small lounge area with a table that could seat up to 5 guests. The 2 leather sofa chairs should be replaced as its sunken. There was a self-service complimentary coffee which was nice. The lounge area could use a microwave so guests don't have to bother the front desk staff. An ice machine would also be nice. The hotel should also clean up a second table in the lounge area so guests can use the table instead of it being used to store boxes. Hotel rooms were on the smaller side. The interior lighting was dim and could be brighter. The rooms could also use some updating. Our room was missing the floor molding. The bathroom was half the size of the room. The shower was excellent.
