The property’s pictures are extremely misleading. I saw a rat in the hotel lobby area and the rooms are extremely outdated and feel dirty. While the location is good, I would NOT recommend

No tea making facilities, only coffee. Room and bathroom are clean, but some maintenance issues, e.g. Fridge door in the room was just about to drop off. The room could do with a repaint and a new carpet.We hope the smoking area is away from the entrance as the smell is suffocating for non-smokers. Traveller August 2025

We stayed here for 10 days and it was a great experience. Shibuya station is only a 1 or 2 minute walk from the front doors. You can also get to Shibuya crossing with a 5 minute walk. The rooms are rather small but that was expected. There is quite a bit of dining options in the area which made eating very convenient. If you are searching for a bit more of a budget stay in Shibuya I would recommend this hotel!

It was a little hard finding this hotel at first. Our room was a bit small. Staff was friendly. Great location because it was close to the station. If you have to request a late check out like one hour late they charge you an additional fee. No laundry facilities.

This location was perfect, direct access to the Yamanote line in the Shibuya station. Close to the Shibuya crossing, Shibuya Sky, and shopping areas. Staff went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this location if you are looking to stay in the Shibuya area!
