The hotel was great, room was small but that is common here in Japan. The location is excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The attached restaurants were very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent stay, would definitely recommend!

Great location but needs a makeover renovation

Great fantastic location, service was great but l found room we stayed in old, dirty, carpet needs vacuuming, asked for extra pillows - pillow slips were yellow, grey. Scruff marks on walks, and some mould in the bathroom. Mission brown furniture & carpet was unappealing. Can't adjust heating temperature however lucky we could open the window to cool down. Other positive - tv had English speaking channels.

Great, clean, no frills hotel. We enjoyed our stay in a 2 Twins room comfortably. Great location with a Family Mart next door and so many restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to the Shibuya Station and Shibuya Crossing. The front desk was extremely helpful with taxi service. Would stay here again!
