Room was extremely tight for three of us. Only one person can move around in the room at a time. Bathroom is molded plastic with high tub which is unsafe to climb in and out of.

Staff very nice lent us umbrellas one morning. Location is excellent, in the middle of everything. McDonald’s next door, Mega Don Quixote 5-10 minute walk. Shibuya station 5 minutes away. Room small normal for Japanese hotel, clean and modern. Free snack happy hour. Money exchange atm with decent exchange rate

You are right by the scramble square. There is such a fun vibe outside. The room and bathroom are quite small but we made it work. There is a fridge and kettle. The bed is very comfortable. Everything works as it should.

Great hotel for Tokyo. Most of the hotels in Tokyo are small so just have that expectation and you’ll be good! Staff was super friendly as usual. Location is great since it’s right across from the train station and not too far from the scramble crossing plus food and shopping! Would stay here again!

The hotel is very centrally located at about 3 minutes walking from Shibuya crossing and right next to the station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the amenities were good and the rooms were small but comfortable.

Had some issues staying here, particularly in the cleanliness department. Hotel showers stalls in the room are yellowed with tar from smoking in the bathroom. The tar could be easily scrapped off with a tissue and firm pressure from your finger, makes me wonder if the tub is ever truly cleaned beyond a wipe down. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, however our first room in the 11th floor smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, and we had to ask the front desk to see the room smell for themselves and they could smell it too. We showed one of the staff the tar yellow film on the shower and showed him how we were able to easily scrape it off and he agreed that it was dirty in both rooms it was the same issue. They don’t clean. They only make the beds, and change the towels that’s it.

Perfect Everything!
The room was very small. The bathroom was even smaller, but the room was also very efficient. The toiletries were excellent (better than the spa hotel I stayed in). Additional toiletries, tea and coffee were available in the lobby. The use of the space was smart. Everything was available in the room, tea, fridge a desk... (we had to move the bed away from the wall, a little bit in order to get in and out of the bed. The location was perfect less than a a minute or two walk from the station. It was only a minute or two walk to Shabuya sky. The afternoon snack (individually wrapped candy, nuts, and soda and tea and coffee) offered to guest was very much appreciated and very tasty and timely. I would certainly stay.
