I liked that when they didn’t have my room ready, I was given an upgrade to a different tower on property from the East Tower to the Main Tower. Room was clean, simple, and efficient. Shinagawa Train station was across the street, shopping was nearby, and even by train, the Tokyo Disneyland was 45 mins away! The Aquarium, movie theatre and Bowling Alley, shopping, restaurants and 7/11 convenient store are on property! Great place - highly recommend.

The room size is very small. However, this is Tokyo and the room size is at average standard unless you wish to pay multiple times cost. Facility is clean and effective. Location is excellent! Across the street from Shinagawa station, one can pretty much connect from here to almost anywhere in Japan.
