N hotel is very Micro it could be me but I would never stay there again. Bed is small and 12” off the floor 2 chairs in room 8” off floor. It looked like a small world hotel room.

This was the last night we stayed in Tokyo. We stayed at other hotels during our trip and were substantially bigger, cleaner, and offered more amenities. The thing we liked is the easy access to the train station.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel its close by to Shinagawa Station were you can take the Shinkansen and trains to and from the airports. Breakfast was delicious. Altho rooms were a bit small, which is standard in Japan.

Shinagawa Train station across the street. 7-11 behind North Tower wing. Just walk up hill to the right of tower. Toward aquarium/movie theater. Food court just inside building, left of 7-11. Ordering/payment at food court only through touch screen kiosk. Takoyaki, curry, ramen, pizza, Korean bulgogi and okonomiyaki. Many restaurants around /in hotel. Seria (100 yen store) on property. Free breakfast if staying at North Tower. It’s on the 17th floor. Airport Limousine does drop off at hotel from Narita, but return you need to catch a free shuttle to a different property. Don’t know if they still sell tickets at hotel as they referred me to the Airport Limousine QR code. Very limited time schedule.

Hotel location is fantastic. Very close to JR & local station which connects to Haneda airport as well as a Rainbow bus stop to Odaiba. A lot of food eateries around. However, we booked a small standard room which turned out to be super small and there are steps in the room from the door to the bed area & to the very small bathroom which can be hazardous. Last year we got a different room in a different tower (the hotel has 4 towers) and it was good that's why we stayed at this hotel again this year.

Right across the street from Shinagawa Station, therefore easy access to Yamanote line and the bullet train to Osaka or Kyoto. Very courteous and helpful staff - quick check-in and checkout is a matter of dropping off your room card, as long as you've incurred no extra charges during your stay. 7-11 store on the ground level of North Tower is very convenient and open 24 hours. Will stay here again when in Tokyo!

This has been our favorite hotel on our trip! The location can not be beat as it’s literally right across from the Shinagawa station. This made it incredibly easy to get around. The room was comfortable. We loved the free breakfast included in our stay. It was also super convenient to have a 7-11 and other stores on property. Do NOT miss the onsite aquarium when staying here! It was an awesome experience including rides and a fantastic dolphin show. We would totally stay here again!!

Hotel stay was great. Room was clean and updated. Room was cozy but not too small, besides, I am not staying here to camp in my room anyway. Area around has places to eat, and easy access to transit. Staff could speak English to get around my bad Japaneese. Only point was breakfast is really light, dont expect to have a large hotel breakfast.
