Great location. Right across from Shinagawa Station. Hotel is old but well equipped. Water pressure was extremely good. A lot of dining options in the area and the building. Tokyo tower is visible from the 39th floor bar and hotel room.

Hotel is nice! All good except the wait for the breakfast. There is an approx. 20 mins to 30 minutes wait for breakfast. I hope hotel does something to improve the situation in the future. There was an option in the 4th floor in a Chinese restaurant where there is a breakfast with a lesser options.

I always stay in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel when in Tokyo. A few weeks before, it was at the N tower, and previous times were at the main tower. This is my first time in the Annex which was a lovely room. It was smaller than in the main tower but the Annex was less busy. The lobby was also cosy with lots of books. I will book this again when I am back in Tokyo in Dec!

The hotel is very busy and there are very long lines during breakfast. Our room is comfortable and fairly large for Tokyo. My only comment is that the trash can in the bathroom is very small so that we asked for daily cleaning. If the trash can is larger, we will ask for cleaning every other day.
