Amazing views from main tower over Tokyo. The customer service was excellent and the area has fast transport links to many other popular locations in Tokyo as well as being next to the Shinkansen. An excellent hotel for visiting Japan. We also loved the aquarium.

The air conditioning did not appear to be working properly and so we experienced a very warm room for our stay. Also, the system in place to deal with the very high volume of left luggage requests just didn't seem to work and had very long queues. In a country where these sorts of things tend to work extremely well, this was an unusual glitch. That said, the staff were very attentive and tried to fix things when they were in their control.

The hotel is huge!! So overwhelming but so cool!! There is a aquarium, tennis court, bowling and a ton of shopping to do around the hotel other then that not much to do around the area but it’s right next to the station so that’s very nice pro about this place. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend and it’s not a bad price either!

Hotel is okay, however since the location is convenient to and from the airport, there are many un-educated type of travelers, which made the experience at the hotel a little bit disappointing. If you are looking for a quiet stay in Tokyo, I will not recommend.
