Quick stay in Shinagawa before heading to Narita A
Hotel has a great location as it is very easy walking distance to the Shinagawa train station with convenient Narita Express to the airport. The hotel rooms are old and air conditioning weak. Bathroom has a weird step up to enter. Check in was all self-serve. Very good breakfast buffet.

Definitely stay here!
Would definitely recommend this hotel! It is right next to the Shinagawa station making getting around the city very easy. Additionally, when you get rained out, this hotel has a bowling alley, which was a good use of our time when it was pouring rain. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would come back next time We are in Tokyo.

We chose this hotel for its location (across the road) to the railway station for easy access from Narita Airport as we were arriving after the airport bus operation hours stopped. The station location was perfect for getting around Tokyo for sightseeing. It was also only a short taxi ride to the Tokyo cruise terminal which was great for us. There are several restaurants close by and the 7Eleven is perfect for a massive variety of takeaway meals, drinks and smoothies. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was very clean, quiet and being a corner room a bit larger with a sitting area. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel is within minutes of walk to Shinagawa station. It is a short train ride to every district of Tokyo. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

I thought staff was extremely inflexible. I was only asking for 30 minutes late check out and I was quoted 2000yen for 30 minutes!!! I have using Prince hotels whenever I visit Japan. At least some flexibility for frequent customer would be nice

Great location - easy access from the airport and walking distance to the train station. Lot of dinning options and some shopping. Room is a little small. Noise from the trains noticeable depending on the location of the room. Overall, it was worth the money.
