Close to Shinagawa station with access to the airport and the Shinkansen, but worth noting that it is an uphill walk for about 8 mins from the station which can be tough with luggage. Several convenience stores nearby but not all are 24 hrs. Royal Host nearby is an excellent option for breakfast. Room is small but clean.

The hotel is in a very nice location and close to Shinagawa Station which is very useful to take the train to various places. The staffs were really friendly and helpful on the questions that we had. The room is very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay at this hotel again for our next visit to Tokyo.
