This hotel had really great customer service. I ordered a Linkin Park concert ticket and had it delivered to the front desk a week in advance, and they were able to hold onto it for me. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

This hotel is amazing but be warned it is right on the outter layer of the "REDLIGHT" area. You have to walk through the hot spots to get just about anywhere.

Pictures looked better than in person. In fact the picture of the room I booked looked very modern but was very old and out dated. Glad I only had one night here and would not recommend unless you spend the extra money for the “nice” rooms.
