Clean, good western style breakfast included. Close to many sights and Shinjuku Station. If you like being center of all the action, it's a good spot. Rooms aren't large but comfortable, unless you have really large luggage.

I had to cancel my first reservation due to a mistake in dates so I made a second one. When I arrived in the hote, the room was tiny and I asked for a bigger room. The front desk staff told me that the new room had breakfast included. Later they called me to tel me they made a mistake and it was not included.

Wonderful staff, they were helpful and did our laundry. This was my first time in Japan, I would stay in another location next time. This was extremely busy at night a lot of nightlife clubs and bars around. Had that grimy feel. I’m from New York City. I was on the 21 floor so it was quiet. The bathroom has a horrible smell - something like backed up sewage my entire 7 day stay

Was actually pretty confusing the first time I arrived as I had to circle around a few times to figure out where to park and then try to figure out how to get up to the hotel since it was connected to the subway. After that the location of the hotel was excellent as it was right outside the main area of Shinjuku across the street.
