I have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. I ordered a nonsmoking room, but the room I got was smelly, obviously someone had been smoking there before. And I didn’t got changed for another clean room. The staff said there is no other room available. On the day I checked in. There was a long line. It was a really bad experience in this hotel.

Reasonably good hotel in an exceptional location, near Shinjuku station and also a scheduled stop of the airport limousine bus. Best feature was the breakfast buffet on the 25th floor.

I've stayed at this hotel several times & will continue to do so. The prices are very reasonable, polite staff, great breakfast buffet & the airporter bus stop is right outside the street entrance. The only down side is the extremely long check-in line. It was a 45 minute wait to check-in!

For how big the hotel is, rooms are very small. But that’s majority of Tokyo hotels are small. Wished they had a better system for the communal laundry. Otherwise, service and staff were nice. Family Mart & Lawson in the same building.

Rooms were cramped and filthy. Dust everywhere. Stains on walls. Expedia listing says the rooms have AC but it’s not really AC, it’s using some central air vent system, rooms were extremely hot and stuffy. The only solution was to turn on their provided portable A unit which were dirty and loud. The bathroom looked like it had mold.

The walls were thin so we heard the families around us. They had small kids so it was a bit loud. Also, we were told that there was no housekeeping during our stay. However, when we returned from a day out, our room had been entered and cleaned.

Great being able to walk under cover long the tunnel from Shinjuku train station to the Shinjuku Washington Hotel foyer without getting wet when it is raining!! Great restaurants and Lawson shops nearby in the basement to get your meals and other items or eat in the hotel restaurants. Local buses or taxis are also available to get around Tokyo. Great views from the windows and walks to the local parks with some wonderful playgrounds too.
