The rooms are very small. We got to our room and it was so dusty, dirty toilet and hair on the walls. We did get moved to another room but it was still dusty. The rooms are outdated and the aircon is very loud. Elevator are very slow. It is in a great location if you love shopping and designer shopping.

I had a good stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located in the heart of the shopping district. The Ginza district is extremely busy with shoppers, and tourists alike, but that makes it perfect for easy access to stores and restaurants from this hotel. It was also just about a 10-minute walk from nearby train stations. There were plenty of restaurants and several Family Marts close by (one of which is literally next-door) which made grabbing meals or quick essentials incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a good, and comfortable experience, and would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

As a returning customer I was expecting a high standard of both the facilities and the staff. Both were sufficiently met. The only improvement they could make is to have a dummy key card in each room to operate the lights and air conditioning. Other branches of the same hotel chain have done this to reduce the risk of guests accidentally leaving their room with the key still in the slot.

I love staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inns but this was my first time at the Ginza Nanachome hotel. It was just wonderful. The most fantastic location and incredibly helpful staff. I really appreciate how they have everyone you could possibly need in the lobby that you can help yourself to. The only downside is a lot of single-use plastic packaging, but that really is the only criticism. Everything else was just perfect. So clean, so comfortable, such a great stay. I'm already looking forward to my next trip!

The area was fantastic but the room was extremely small for 2 ppl with 2 suitcases. We couldn’t open the suitcases and walk / open the door. AC unit was extremely dusty which can’t be healthy but needed to run it all the time due to the humidity. Think it’s not the best bang for your buck.
