It is located in a fairly convenient location. It was the best location for sightseeing in Ginza. The safe and friendly staff was impressive. However, it was uncomfortable because the air conditioner was a little weak.

The property is just near Ginza and Higashi-ginza stations. The hotel is on the quiet side of Ginza and has FamilyMart just below it making it very accessible for late night cravings. The single room is a bit small to move around especially when you have your luggage open. If you are on a budget, consider this place for its cleanliness and location. I will definitely book this place on my next visit.

Enjoyed our stay at multiple Fresa Inn's. Safe and clean hotels within walking distance of all areas, without being disturbed with large crowds and loud noises. Hotel staff was amazingly helpful.

I want to say thank you to the staff of this hotel. They are very helpful. I travel with family and stay in this hotel for a week and unfortunately our shinkansen train was cancelled due to the upcoming typhoon. The staff in hotel provided all the information we need and offer us discount on extra stays. Finally we decide to leave earlier and they refund the day of hotel that we didn't use.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and we felt like it definitely could have been cleaner. The amenities were great. They had several skincare products including face masks, toner, cleanser, UV milk. The staff were great here. We asked to have some of the extra furniture moved out of our room in order to make some more space, they called us a taxi when it was pouring outside, and helped us with our luggage multiple times. Our main concern is that the space did not feel as clean as we would have liked it to be.

An average hotel. Nothing special and the buffet was pretty sub par. Was a Sotetsu Rewards member after downloading the app and all the other Sotetsu hotels I stayed at let me check out at noon vs 11am for becoming a member, EXCEPT for this hotel. It’s also weird with the front desk being on the 2nd floor and with only three elevators being on the top floor can suck. Very average hotel, but the Grand Sotetsu was much nicer.

This place was great for going around Tokyo. My friend and I were really impressed with the ease of getting everywhere using the metro and we had a lot of options for food. It was also great that there was a Family Mart connected to the hotel which was great for grabbing things at any time of day. Would definitely stay here again!
