The staff were very helpful, patient and out going. I’ve stayed in 2 sotetsu fresa inn hotels now both times visiting Tokyo and they don’t fail to uphold good service & etiquette, the fact the hotels have vending machines, laundries & change machines is an honest life saver for any and all scenarios

This hotel was in a great location. Lawson's right next door, restraunts right next door, less than a five min walk to metro. Safe area and walkable to lots of shopping and food options. Rooms and property super clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were on the smaller size compared to North America standards but still comfortable.

We had to leave just before breakfast and the hotel didn't accommodate us. We had paid for the breakfast. Also room was as tiny as before. Should have given them less last time.

Solid location, decent price, overall great value for price. Loved the laundry machines, useful for long-term travelers. My 1st room was a bit lacking in cleanliness, asked for a different one and got a clean room.
