Great location, train station is within 5 minute walking and easy to get around. Family mart is downstairs and there are other convience stores within 2 minutes walking. Check in and out was really easy. Great customer service. They helped with luggage transfer to our next hotel. The room is a little dated and really small, barely enough room to walk and open luggage.

It was not a big issue but the main office area and foyer waiting area was pretty uninviting. But it's hard to change the particular layout of a building. The Annex building was even less inviting than the main building. My room was very small of course but it had everything and was very clean and quiet. Great location.

Very good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Shimbashi night life street and subway. Loads of food options. Stayed in the Annex building, overall is fine, but not as convenient to use the washing machine as it is in the main building. The dryer was also rather weak, had to run almost 2 hours to dry a small load.

We had a wonderful stay overall at this Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Tokyo. The location, the staff, the amenities, the breakfast choices were all good. Our room was quiet, clean and had everything one would need - however our room was in the Annex and was extremely small so there was no place to open our suitcases and there was no natural light as the window opened to an adjacent building.
