Good location about 5 min from Shinbashi stn. and the convenient store, Lawson is just connect to the hotel. It’s a big plus for sure ! The room is a bit tiny but it has everything & clean. We liked to pick amenity stuffs at lobby:)

Small room but clean. Bar town but options to eat
Hotel rooms in Tokyo are so small to stay in. This room is no exception. It was a little bigger than most cramped hotel rooms I have been to but still small. The room was exceptionally clean, and I liked that the Conbini was right downstairs. The bedroom shades were the best though. It blocked out a lot of light, so we were able to sleep comfortably in the morning. The location is not the best, you don't get the best view, but you can see Tokyo Tower. I didn't know this was going to be a bar town, so you'll see passed out drunks every morning when you walk out. The train station is about a 5-minute walk and there are lots of options to eat around the area. It was a self-check-in and check-out, so I didn't interact with the staff.

Standard business hotel for Tokyo. Small, pretty clean, heated toilet seat, provided soaps etc. Easy check in, was able to extend stay directly with the hotel since there was no availability on Expedia. Liked that you could open drying machine mid cycle, kinda funny they put the washing machine room on smoking floor. Could hear outside the room door pretty easily, but could not hear anything from neighboring room. (I was on the end near elevator) could hear cleaning team sometimes. Shimbashi is awesome, salaryman style for sure. Close to station and walkable to Shiodome. Only gripe was there is a 3rd day mandatory cleaning policy and the cleaning team took an onsen towel I had gotten earlier in my trip at Arima onsen. Grrrrr. Cleaning team tried to get the towel but no luck, I was met with an offer for money but declined and accepted a deep long bow instead.
