The place is quiet and far away from any of the nightlife, but my partner had a run in with a drunk guest while she went down the lobby to get some amenities and the hotel staff did not do anything to help her even when she asked for help.

Check in with no choice but 3pm, unlike other hotels. Lady in the reception is not friendly but others are fine. Able to borrow umbrella on the day it rained. Hotel is 8 mn walk fr the Tokyo station airport bus. A nearby subway station & convenience store are 4 mn walk, the hotel have a restaurant adjoined to the building.The room ( i asked for top which was accommodated) is good for 1 person coz of the tight space, clean, functional except for the tv , channels are all in Japanese. Room amenities are on the 2nd fl, u take what u need, i see a weighing scale also, receptions, laundry & vending machines ( which i really didn’t bother to see or tried). Feels Safe, convenient to stations, stores.

Great stay in the heart of Tokyo

Within walking distance to Tokyo station. Have stayed a couple of times - always clean and staff always courteous. At check-in be sure to grab the amenities as they are in the lobby and not in the room.

Location is excellent for getting around via the Ginza line, which is about a block and a half away from the hotel. The room was very clean. The staff are awesome. This was my second time staying here. Will definitely stay here again next time when visiting Tokyo.

Convenient location

We chose this hotel as it is near Tokyo station and we had an early flight on departure day and needed an early airport shuttle. The hotel is very convenient being near to several subway line. and the cost is very affordable. As per all other Tokyo hotels, the bed and room is small. But functional.
