Location was great. It was only a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and 2-3 minute walk to the Ginza line and just a little bit more for the Takaracho line. The room is very small, just barely enough room for the bed but the bed is actually almost like a queen ( though it was described as a double). But we were always out everyday so it was good for our purpose( which is to sleep and shower). The bathroom is also very small and I think it would be difficult for tall and/or big people. They provide free shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap. You can also pick up face mask, small packets of face wash and moisturizer, toothbrush in the lobby which is located on the 2nd floor. The pajamas are on every floor by the elevator. We didn’t bring a lot of clothes because we were planning on buying a lot of stuff so this was helpful for me not having to bring extra clothes to sleep and we did our laundry at the hotel. It just needs extra drying for the washer/dryer though if you’re planning on doing a lot of laundry.

The room was spacious, enough to have 2 beds and seating area with couch. The area is convenient to Tokyo station. The bathroom in our room is dated and needs more ventilation.
I had to leave early, after my first night of stay, because of the smell inside the room. I don’t know why it had such an intense smell when the air conditioner was on. Although, I will say that the staff was very friendly and supportive of the fact that I need to leave even though I had a seven nights day and I need to leave the first night, they were very helpful and kind to me because they realized that it had caused me an inconvenience to have to get a hotel, stay at another place the same night. They allow me to at least just stay the one night and then I could go to another hotel the next day. I appreciate that they were not strict about the cancellation and once again the staff was very nice.
Room size is small but still acceptable for an Asian family of 3. Space use efficient.. and still have a full size bath tub in toilet. The bed we stayed in quite small for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Just managed to squeeze but still slept well. Excellent location near Tokyo Station and Kyobashi Ginza Line. If you need convenience, good choice.
It was a great place to stay. Nice property, clean and good customer service. We were hardly there mainly used it to sleep on our trip but the room had everything we needed!
Convenient location—walking distance to Tokyo station. 7 eleven and Family Mart a short walk from hotel. Hotel staff was wonderful. Bathroom shower curtain was smelly, but staff came and changed it for us when we requested it. Refrigerator in room. Room could use an update.
Stayed here twice during a recent trip to Tokyo, nothing to add to a previous review - convenient, safe and quiet with nice staff. Rooms are small by design in Japan but well designed. I'd stay again.
Clean and well organised hotel, just steps from the metro that links directly to Haneda or to the monorail connection via a quick change. Surrounded by 7-11 and Family Marts, a short walk to Kyobashi where there are restaurants and cafes and a direct metro to Ginza and a 10 minute walk to the main Tokyo station. A very quiet area at night. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Really appreciated being able to leave a bag with them when I went to Osaka for 2 days as I was coming back to stay with them for a further 4 nights.
Property is very simple no-nonsense travel stay option. I love that it's between 2 different train lines in Tokyo which is important for accessibility. The room was clean and perfect for some place you just want to sleep and go about your day. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating providing all the amenities you needed right at the lobby. I would definitely choose to stay at this particular location again since it was convenient for me to reach the metro to reach other areas of Tokyo that I needed to go to.
I booked 5 nights and by mistake I booked a room for smokers. I didn’t know that it was allowed in Japan. I requested a change as the room had the smell of cigarettes. At the beginning one person tried to helped me but he told me that it was difficult to find a new room for 5 nights. So he told me to wait one more day. The next day I had to explain to a new recepcionista and this time they just told me that it was my mistake as I booked it and they couldn’t do anything. So I had to stay the 5 nights smelling the weird smell in the room. The other issue was that I was encouraged to get the membership to get money back. I asked the receptionist and they told me that the process was completed the last day of my stay. I went to pick up my 2500 yen’s and they told me that it was impossible as I booked through hotels.com. They never told me that information the day that I was encouraged to complete the application. So disappointing and waste of my time.
Hotel staff was very kind and very easy check in. Coin laundry on site. Air conditioner was very loud all night and bed was hard as a rock. We stayed in 3 separate hotels and this hotel had the most firm uncomfortable bed - hardly able to get any sleep because it felt like sleeping on the ground.

The hotel is close to Tokyo station making it very convenient.
The staff are welcoming and friendly.
The room was dated and sometimes there was a damp smell though the room was one accessed by the open air corridor. Fabric and air freshener was provided by the hotel.
The guest floor had a clothes recycling bin for unwanted clothing which was nice to see.
The TV in the room was modern and could be used to watch Netflix (on your own account) and see information about the hotel.
