The staff were professional and friendly, the restaurants and the bakery were also very nice. The downfalls of this hotel is both the location is quite far from the train system, it took a 20/30 minute walk to the train station at which point it wasn't even worth it and you might as well just walk to where you are going. Lastly, there is no sound proofing in any of the rooms, you can hear everything on all neighbouring rooms. Overall the hotel was not worth the price tag in my view but regardless, the staff were lovely and very professional.

Fantastic hotel, really clean and the rooms were modern with everything you needed. The hotel was buzzing with people and created a really warm and friendly environment. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but it was packed every night and seemed really popular. We grabbed breakfast at the bakery a couple of mornings during our stay which was delicious. The hotel is in a great location, very quiet next to Shinjuku Central Park but still plenty of options nearby for a kombini visit or late night food. A short walk to the Government Metropolitan Building which has a free observatory and light show - well worth a visit. A 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station which is handy to be so connected to the city.

Very clean and all staff is very nice. We got breakfast included and it was a great option, great selection, fresh and tasty. Inside theres a bakery with vegan options. There is a park in front and subway station 15 mins away.

Decent hotel in Shinjuku
Overall decent hotel. Location is a bit far away from metro stations, which made traveling through tokyo more of a hassle. Check in process was easy. The room was a decent size and i liked that they have things to put your luggage on. Bathroom was small but not tooo small. They provided water everyday and changed the towels but in the 3 nights we were there they never took our trash out. That was a major thing that i need from a hotel especially when traveling. It felt like a more american style hotel and i was slightly disappointed for how expensive it was.

They have a great bakery, and nice breakfast buffet. Room was clean, received bottle water daily, and available self service laundry. This hotel is a little further out from the tourist area and train station. Room was missing face towels or bath wash cloth.

Pros- about a 15 min walk straight shot from Shinjuku Station West. But if carrying luggage it’s $10 usd to hotel to take taxi totally worth it. -Straight shot to Tokyo Govt bldg. about 5 min walk. Go at night to see the video display. Go early in the am to 45th for observation deck. It’s free. -Dining-,A small restaurant is located beside hotel. But not much else in the area. The bakery inside has amazing pastries. Seriously the bomb! Straight walk about 10mins to Omoide Yokocho -Nice bar area inside. -Staff speaks English and is very accommodating. Cons- Rooms are extremely small. -lots of homeless people in the area but they are no bother. - Not as clean as other parts of Tokyo

The Knot is excellent, the brekky buffet is great (not many stores open till around 11AM) so this can be useful. There’s also a bakery downstairs which is fantastic. Taxi’s are available either just outside or across the street. 5 stars! Will be back :) Staff were super helpful also!

It’s got a good location, being right next to a park with food options and a temple. However the rooms are very compact, to the point where you can’t even walk around. However the staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was very nice. Bathroom is very small and the room has very little space to spread your wings. The bakery and restaurant in the lobby are very convenient, but the bakery doesn't open until 8am so it's not very convenient for an early breakfast. The coffee in the lobby is very good and opens at 7am. The Family Mart down the street is very convenient and being across the street from the park is very nice. It's about 15min walk from Shinjuku station.

This is a lovely modern hotel. Although it does not serve Japanese cuisine, the restaurants do a wonderful Spanish tapas menu and a fusion menu. The bakery is very good and has vegan selection. They have vegan Sunday when everything in the bakery is vegan. Only 5 mins walk Tochomae station. It's near the metropolitan government building where you can go and see the cityscape on the 45th floor and night light projection display. Very helpful staff. There are 6 washing machines and dryers. Staff members speak reasonable English.
