I thought this was a really nice hotel. I was more surprised in person than in the picuture of how it looked. I would return to this hotel in my future travels to Japan. The rooms were more spacious than other hotels but only down side was the bathroom/shower was too small.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Loved the park across the street and it's walkable to restaurants. I gave it 4 stars because the room was smaller than I expected and the clothes dryer took didn't dry my clothes well, even after running it twice.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was courteous and helpful. It was very clean and conveniently located, walking distance from Shinjuku station. The beds were a bit small and the pillows were too stiff for my liking, but overall it was lovely.

The location is within 18-20 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. The room is standard small but bathroom is extreme small and at higher level of the room so this is not for someone with knee issue. In general, we choose the Knot for reasonable price but we would choose something closer to main train station and dining options.

Fantastic location across from Shinjuku Chuo Park, which was in cherry blossom bloom and has a great children’s area. This area is perfect for folks looking to explore Shinjuku and Shibuya with family. The bakery inside the hotel had great vegan options for me and doughnuts that my child loved

Loved the restaurant upstairs. Downstairs not great. Breakfast was really good but a bit expensive. We discovered the bakery and that was perfect in the am. Coffee and tea service was a long wait and not great. Really crowded hotel sort of reminded me of Vegas. I wouldn't go back as the front desk was not helpful and their check in system was redundant and time consuming.
