The staff were some of the nicest I’ve ever had anywhere. Overall vibe of hotel was lovely, great location easy 15 minute walk to centre and all the basics you need close by.

20 mins from Shinjuku Station but 10 mins from other stations and 5 mins from a bus stop. Staff was helpful and hotel has a laundry room with separate washer/dryers. Down the street from Family Mart and close to other eateries.

It was very nice, simple, artistic unique environment downstairs, but always very busy. Good starting point for tourists, as most of the staff speak more than Japanese and you don't have to leave the hotel to get meals.
