Disappointing .

Hotel hit us for extra taxes on check-in and approved a late checkout of 2 pm as we were staying in the suite at 12:30 on checkout day. They emptied us of the room and took our bags to the lobby which was not what was agreed to the problems we encountered were room was way overcrowded with beds our bed which should’ve had one king bed had two doubles and two singles so four beds in a room way too many and did not leave a clear path to walk to the bathroom The hotel lobby is exceptionally busy and crowded with massive amounts of suitcases stored without Security. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not stay here again. The hotel did not want to give extra towels. I didn’t feel the hotel was in a great location. It was definitely a quiet neighbourhood.

We can not expect too much in Tokyo. In my opinion, This hotel is more suitable to the young couple or a single traveller. Anyway, it is good to stay near park. Therefore, it is not noisy at all in Shinjuku

The room was clean and had the basic necessities. But our air conditioner didn't work. Luckily the window opens a little so we could get some breeze. The room didn't have a closet so we could barely store our suitcases. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I thought this hotel was very average, maybe even below average. Hotel room was small, which is not uncommon for Japan, but the bed was so uncomfortable and the bathroom constantly felt dirty even when it was clean. The lobby of the hotel was nice and has a good bakery, but seems like that’s where all the money was spent. Overall, I don’t think the price point matches what you get. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was nice. We really liked the park across the street. It is close enough to walk to the station, but definitely not the airport.

Rooms were nice, but the smallest room we had out of the three we stayed at while in Japan. The staff is super helpful and spoke English. The bakery in the morning was a super nice touch. It's a long walk to a train station though and you'll either have a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku area's you want to go to or a bus ride. I'd definitely find somewhere closer to a station next time or just stay closer to Shinjuku station.

Overall beautiful property with nice welcoming lobby, bakery and restaurant. Check in/out was a breeze, but our 3 bed room was underwhelming compared to the property. Very small bathroom with no counterspace. Laundry facilities are lacking - always full with people waiting. The dryer took 3 full cycles and our clothes were still damp. Others were complaining about this as well. There are only 2 laundry rooms with 3 machines for the whole property, which isn't nearly enough.

Great Hotel, thin walls.

I had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, the amenities were solid, and everything was clean and comfortable. The only downside—and it’s worth noting—is that the walls were quite thin. I could hear a steady stream of traffic and sirens throughout the night, which made sleep a bit of a challenge. If you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs. Otherwise, it’s a solid choice.

Good all rounder.

Nice communal areas, very popular cafe/restaurant which was full of visitors. Laundry. Location is a 10 minute walk from the neraest subway. £200 night is too much.

the hotel itself is pretty chic and comfortable, but i did not like the numpad keyless doors. i was also not a big fan of the long walk to and from shinjuku station. proximity to the park is nice, but there aren’t as many conveniences as i prefer in a tokyo neighborhood since most of the buildings nearby are the municipal/metropolitan offices. i would recommend if you don’t mind wading through roughly 75 white people in the lobby every morning on your way out the door

This was a hotel that oversold itself by photos but didn’t meet our expectations. It’s located near the park and close-ish to multiple subway stations (7 min walking average). For us (couple no kids) it wasn’t an issue but still having an extensive walk every time we wanted to go somewhere was not very pleasant. The room felt dusty as if it wasn’t taken care of for week(s). The ac wasn’t working as hotel said they turned it off due to the outside weather and suggested to open the window (as it was very warm in the room). That’s strange since in Kyoto a day before our hotel had a properly working ac with no issues. The first floor is extremely crowded, hotel is yet to figure out how to manage space between the coffee shop (mediocre), bakery(amazing) and a mini restaurant where they offer breakfast/lunch. Additionally they store luggage in the open space AND moved check in counter to the back of the first floor. So yeah first floor is a mess 😀. I read some reviews that it’s loud, luckily we haven’t had any issues with noises (stayed on the 6th floor). Overall glad we tried but won’t stay there again

Overall this pod hotel was great, however the lounge space was smaller than the pictures portrayed and the furniture could use some love. The pods themselves are spacious and comfortable, although the bottom row gets a lot of light coming in from the lighted pathway. Would recommend a face mask and ear plugs for those staying. There is not a ton of room in the locker room to organize your things when you check out. This was great location wise. It would be nice if they had a tap to fill up your water bottle. They do have bottled water for purchase.
