Very responsive staff who are accustomed to working with English-speaking guests. Our room was very, very small. Much better for a single traveler. Even though the bathroom is small, it is very efficiently designed including a heated section of the mirror that doesn’t fog up during a shower. Coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby is a nice perk. Coin-op laundry is very convenient especially since the soap is built-in to the machine. Attached coffee shop is only open 11:00-18:00 but there are 2 nice coffee shops 2 blocks away. Very close to the Senso-ji (temple), shopping/restaurant district, train station and Sky Tree.

Clean, very professional staff, near almost every major Asakusa attraction. Only downside is there is no subway station nearby; about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the closest station. Tip: there are two Tosei Asakusa hotels; be sure to put in the appropriate address in Google Maps; do not input the name of the hotel.

Enjoy this chain of hotel. Towels and water everyday. Staff is always polite and helpful. This location wasn't near a train station so it would take some time to roll luggage to. Walkable to many shops and restaurants but not that convenient tho. Free coffee. Pay laundry and 2 machines only.

Great location- about 1 block from 7/11. 15 min walk to train station. Beautiful temple 5 min away. Quiet neighborhood great for families. Would stay here again anytime! Hotel staff very helpful and were great with our luggage transfer.

The hotel is close to the temple , lots of shops, restaurants close by , the sky tower and the train station.The people at the desk were so friendly and acomodating . Getting a taxy for us , umbrellas. And setting up the service to have our luggage delivered to the next city. Great service. The room are small , but that’s how most hotels in Tokyo are. Definitely come back

We loved our stay in this property! The proximity to Sensoji Temple is definitely a plus. One negative thing is the crowd, though, this is expected. Proximity to convenience stores, Asakusa and Tawaramachi Metro Stations, is great. There are other hotels closer to the station, however, it is close enough even with elderly companion during our visit. Please ensure plenty of time if you travel with kids as well.
