The hotelis well located in the Ginza area just a short walk from tons of stores, cafés and restaurants.
The area is very nice and even though the hotel itself is small and the rooms are very small the amenities seem sufficient, you have to grab the amenities from the lobby (shampoo, lotion, face wash, toothpaste, slippers, pajamas, etc). But they do have everything you need.
They won't make up your room unless you stay 3 or more nights, everyday they only take out the trash and replace your towels.
The staff at the lobby is great and speaks perfectly English so that is a plus for international travelers.
The breakfast buffet is basic, nothing worth noting but it serves to keep you full for a couple of hours.
The lobby is on the second floor of the building and a bit tricky to find at first, but it has a nice space to unwind with coffee and tea free of charge.
Overall I think the hotel is good, price/size relation is expected for Tokyo and specially for the Ginza Area.
They do show the room sizes up front so no surprises there.
Try to travel light since there isn't much space for luggage and there is not a closet on the room.
