Initial staff member I talked to was slightly rude but after that everyone was friendly and helpful. Bar downstairs was lovely. Great location, close to all public transport and a quiet area. Beds were a little uncomfortable and I don’t think we ever got a full bed sheet change after 3 days as promised. Other than that, all was great.

Excellent place to stay.
Brilliant stay, room was very comfortable, slept like a log. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet of a western/Japanese mix. Very good location for Ginza and the surrounding restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotlessly clean. Breakfast selection limited, although staff in restaurant very nice. Room bigger than some in Tokyo. Bed was not made, this was not a big deal, but it's nice to come back to a made bed. Lift was quite slow to get about hotel. As Tokyo hotels go, it was fine. We’ve had worse, we've had better.

My stay at The B Ginza was extremely practical. The staff accomodated my luggage since I came in before check-in time, but once I was in my room I found that it was comfortable and practical for a work stay. It had all the necessary amenities and only wish it had had a larger work desk. I really value the calm, clean and functional aspects of this hotel. Its convenient location to the metro made it easy to move around the city - something I find might be helpful to all guests.

The Advertised bed sizes are all wrong. They say “our king size is smaller than in Europe”, but it’s basically 2 single beds lumped together. VIP status is not recognized or understood, they want to charge you for early checkin or late check out claiming they did not offer VIP status and Expedia made it up.
