A fantastic base to explore Tokyo from. Only 2 stops on the excellent train network to reach Shubiya( 5 mins). Hotel is 5 min walk from the station. Plenty of restaurants in Sangenjaya to choose from. The main street has a smaller town feel to it. Hotel is friendly and comfortable. Rooms are small, but have all amenities.

In your description of this hotel, it MUST include that it is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The access to the hotel on the second level is a steep stairs from street level. No elevator to the hotel entry; must drag up luggage and bags. Rooms are very small with a 12" step up to the bathroom. The tub is also very high which makes it unsafe to climb into. Although the location is convenient to shops, restaurants, train station, we would not return there or recommend it to others.

Great place to stay!

It was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great location and very quiet. The room was a decent size.

Narrow but perfectly fine, had suitcase built in rack + 2 drawers and wardrobe
Nice design to have the bed looking out the window when you wake in the morning. On the eighth floor is cool to look over the neighbourhood's rooftops.
