Amazing staff who was always very helpful, kind and accommodating. Staff service really was excellent, above and beyond. Hotel had a beautiful lobby view and a very convenient location without being in a noisy or overly touristy neighborhood.
The BEST place to stay in Tokyo hands down and our favorite hotel maybe ever. The neighborhood is quiet, but not too quiet, it’s close to the train station and everything you want to see, and the hotel itself is lovely and very spacious. The views from the room were incredible and the room itself can’t be beat. The bathroom was the best part with the humongous shower and tub! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet (may seem pricey but worth it IMO, great choices for Western and Japanese foods) and the free lounge was nice. The staff were amazing and kind and helpful, the cherry on top!

The workers are very friendly, one thing very impressive that I wasn’t able to go to the gym to grab my boy, and called front desk ask them to help to go to the gym and let me kid know that I wanted him back to the room. They’re very helpful!!! Highly recommended to stay with this hotel, and great view with Tokyo tower.
Great Hotel, the only thing I would like to see, as an American, is a few options of American food at their restaurant. There were a lot of Americans staying at the Hotel but only Japanese food at the restaurant. I know it’s Japan but a few option would be nice.
Lodging was great, we enjoyed the staff and the views of the lobby/ our room. 1 out of the 2 elevators to the lobby’s 20th floor was not working which was a pain point for traveling to and from the hotel. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty.
The hotel starts on the 18th floor and goes up. Great views of the city. Can see the Shimbashi station about 2 blocks away. Rooms not huge but have everything you might want. Expansive breakfast buffet.
We stayed in 5 different 4star hotels in Japan, the Blossom was by far the best. Location links were excellent with train stations/shops/restaurants closeby. The room was great, clean and modern and was reasonably big for Tokyo. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with both western and amazing japanese breakfast options. Staff and service was impeccable.

Excellent location near to Shimbashi train station, and Ginza area. Lots of restaurants around. Hotel high up - lobby on Floor 17. Rooms higher up. Good view of city.
The hotel is very close to Shimbashi station..so very convenient to start out onto JR or Subway lines. The room had a great view of the city and was made up nicely each day.The breakfast was OK but scrambled eggs were too sloppy to eat..bacon chunks were not Ok and there was not a gluten free bread for toast. The Japanese have little if any understanding of gluten free..so that could be a real downside as it was for us.Really good though for our 3 Weeks in Tokyo.
Very clean and convenient location.
However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The pastries were dry, and overall options were limited when compared to breakfast buffets in hotels of similar price ranges.
