Great hotel for family. Room is huge for any country. 2 king beds and two sets of bunks. Traditional Japanese setup was perfect for first time visitors like us. Kids loved it. Area super convenient for 3 metro lines, access to most types of restaurants, convenience stores etc. staff are awesome. Super attentive. After work business area so lots of action in the evening. Restaurants are open late which was perfect for us. You can hear the late night drinkers at night but its muffled. If you’re a light sleeper it may bug you. Washing machine in room.

Pros: Very friendly and accomodating staff. Our rooms were spacious with a washer/dryer combo. The property was in a central location (for us) and was relatively quiet. There were lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Cons: Not well cleaned and maintained facilities. Much of the furniture was worn and should be replaced. The shower rooms were dirty and musty. So much so that we left the fan on continuously to help with the smell. One shower room had a plastic screen covering a peeling floor and another had a shower head that was broken. Toothpaste splatter was not cleaned off the walls along with dust and dirt in the corners of the rooms and along the baseboards.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They answered all questions with ease. Amenities are simple but pretty cool, unlike anything we've experienced. They let us leave our luggage with them so we could explore the city before check in which reduced our stress.

Amazing stay!!!
The service here was excellent and the room sizes were more than adequate for our family of four. Great amenities included three bottles of water every day, fresh towels, every day, and a washing machine in the room rooms. Location was excellent as well, right in the heart of restaurants in Akasaka. We stayed in Kyoto in the middle of the stay so they kept our larger pieces of luggage for us.

This was a super cute hotel. They offer pajamas to wear which are super comfy and offer all of the toiletry items for free. There were tons of restaurants near there as well as shopping. The Harry Potter Cafe is like a 7 min walk from there. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Not a very friendly welcome The Japanese style room was in a bad condition and the bath was a disaster we’ve asked to change to another which was a bit nicer the massage chair was reaped and broken the hallways rag was stinky and full of dust. Yet the location was superb..we’ve cancelled the second stay in the hotel and went to another one.
