Okura Tokyo exceeded our expectations, it is so technologically advanced, comfortable and very well designed. The room was the largest of all the rooms we stayed in Japan, (Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto). The staff is top notch, the buffet breakfast is delicious and did I mention the room had it’s own private steam room!!!!! I strongly recommend Okura Tokyo and Okura Kyoto!

The hotel is located in an embassy area, which we found to be very quiet and safe. Our room was spacious, featuring one and a half bathrooms. The rooms have been newly renovated with a modern design, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant experience. Every morning, there were two breakfast options offered, both of which were delicious and visually appealing. We truly had a wonderful stay at The Okura.

The Best

The hotel, our room, and especially the staff far exceeded any expectations. The view was excellent and our last day was so clear that we had an excellent view of Mt. Fuji.
