This would be my 3rd time staying at the Okura Tokyo. It has always been a great experience. The staff are outstanding. I always make sure to britor offer a gift for their kind service and professionalism. The surroundings of the hotel comprises several Embassies the U.S Embassy is right across the street. This is an iconic hotel that has received dignitaries from around the world. It is spacious and has a verity of amenities. I would highly recommend to anyone willing to enjoy this experience.

We love this hotel so much. The spa with pool is fabulous. The rooms are immaculately clean and large with very comfortable beds . The staff are super attentive and helpful. Food is delicious. 5 stars all the way. We have stayed there 4 separate visits now and we will do so again when in Tokyo. Wonderful

Very good and clean hotel , good service can’t really fault anything. Let us use spa facilities after long flight before our room was ready. Even small details like speaker, pyjamas, good shower pressure , amazing bath view, good room service, cleaning room twice a day. My only criticism is tv channels could do with some better selection for English channels
