We had 5 nights and it was a great experience. We had free Sauna and free welcome drink for everybody because of the expedia benefit. The room was perfect for family trip because we asked to add an extra bed and it was quite large and comfortable compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping placed free chocolate and water each day and it was nice to start each day with these desert. The Japanese backyard is also beautiful and it is shared by the other two The Prince Hotels. The Sakura Tower is a 4 star resort but the experience was the best I have ever had. Perfect for family trip in Tokyo!

Good service and hospitality at this hotel. Caters to international travelers and a convenient location with Shinagawa Station, restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. Appreciated the clean, spacious room that accommodated our stay for a family of 3. Look forward to staying here again next time we visit Tokyo.

Concierge staff were wonderful! They took care of our luggage (15 ) for early check in and called a taxi for us (seats 6). The breakfast was ok but fresh. I wished there were more options. It’s conveniently located next to a major subway station. Linked to 3 other Prince hotels.

Good Hotel at a great location (very close to Shinagawa station). Has all the amenities. I would not give it a 5 star hotel rating, more like a 4.5 stars. That is due to the fact that all restaurants close for food at 9:30pm and that the front desk closes at 9pm. Other then that it is an outstanding choice to explore Tokyo

We chose this hotel because I had business there but chose to extend our stay. This hotel was beautiful and conveniently located, just quick walk from the train station. Great for business and for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was wonderful!

This hotel was 10/10! I would definitely come back. Location is perfect, 3 min walk to Shinagawa station which we used to get around Tokyo and also catch the bullet train (Shinkansen) to Kyoto. Staff at check in was super friendly, explained everything, and the process was smooth. Room was spacious and beautiful with a view of tokyo tower. We had the King executive room. The breakfast was included and was awesome with a wide variety of food to pick from. The gym was big and had everything we needed. We used the sauna area which was really nice. All in all it was a perfect stay and we would recommend it to anyone!
