Sakura Tower is very comfortable and the staffing is very professional and pleasant to have around. We had a room on the executive floor for about 10 days and were very happy to have stayed here. Not cheap but worth it for us

Prince Sakura was so lovely! The staff were so attentive and kind, the hotel was so clean and had great amenities. It is very close to a train station, making it very easy to get to all parts of Tokyo.

This hotel has a perfect Tokyo Tower view and beautiful Japanese style garden. If you can book an executive floor, you can enjoy all free variety of alcohols at the executive lounge. Absolutely amazing experience! I will be there again for sure!

Great staff and very large rooms. Very clean but slightly outdated. Nothing to worry about though. Area was a bit less walkable than other areas in Tokyo. However, the train is right there and super easy to get to where you need to. Definitely recommend going to restaurant Karyon which is about 10min walk from hotel.

Very quiet and clean luxury hotel. We enjoyed walking around the Prince’s gardens during the day and lit up in the evening. Only 10 minute taxi ride from Haneda Airport. Hotel staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet (extra cost) was delicious.

Incredible service, stunning views and gardens!
One of the best hotels I have stayed at! The staff members are so nice, respectful and helpful beyond my understanding. The main breakfast restaurant is a dream come true overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden and Momoji trees. There is a walking garden right by the hotel that is very beautiful both at night and during the day time. The location is excellent with a 5-minute walk to Shinagawa train station, where you can take both the regular train and the Shinkansen. I also appreciated that although it is close to a busy area, the hotel itself is in a quiet neighborhood and gives peace in Tokyo's fast-paced environment. I stayed on a high floor overlooking the Tokyo Tower, and it is a sight to see for sure. A big shoutout to Marie at the restaurant for making us feel welcome and at home. Ricky at the reception desk for helping us check in early and making us love the hotel in the first 2 minutes we entered.

Amazing sanctuary in a very easy part of the city to explore from. Garden was incredible. Sauna, spa and onsen were magic. Plus they have relaxation room with massage chairs.
