It was in a great location away from the craziness, but very close to shopping and food. Olsen on property was perfect after walking all day. Clean. Central. Everything you need to enjoy time in Ginza.

Stunning hotel!
Stunning hotel! The hotel staff helped us with any questions or requests. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and decorated. The rooms are comfortable. The location is excellent and close to shops and a train station. The hotel has washing machines, guest service and even separate Onsen for women and men. Highly recommended

BEST LOCATION IN GINZA
The property was located very near the main shopping street of ginza. Restaurants and combini's are within walking distance and a good variety is available. The hotel staff are nice and hotel is clean. The bed though was quite hard for us but all in all the hotel was great. The onsen was a pleasant bonus! They are not strict and allow people with tattoos to enter.

Super close to ginza shopping core and easy walking distance to multiple train lines. Despite being in a shopping area, doesnt get too noisy. Several convenience stores around. Right across from the courtyard mariott airport limousine bus stop. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The location was great - walking distance to Ginza six. Hotel room was a bit on the smaller side but that’s standard for Tokyo. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. We stayed at this hotel towards the last leg of our trip and they let us ship a luggage over 3 days before our check-in date. There was a bathhouse at the basement of the hotel and it was very nice! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Ginza area.

Sparkling clean no frills hotel
This is a new, very clean, no frills hotel in Ginza, close to metro line (Ginza). You can walk to the metro in minutes and it’s also within walking distance of the main Ginza shopping and restaurant area. Rooms are small but that’s common in Tokyo. Beds are comfy and I was able to sleep very well despite the hotel being located on a busy street. There is no gym in the hotel and no room service or laundry service. However, there is a restaurant on site and a coin operated laundry room that you can book a time to use. It also has a Japanese bath in the basement. It does have a market where you can buy snacks and drinks. The bar is more of a speakeasy that you have to pay a cover charge to enter. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I was on holiday, but not for business. I missed the more traditional aspects that make a business trip easier (room service, pressing service, desk for working etc, gym).
