This hotel is inside Terminal 3, and it is a very good hotel for passengers arriving late or departing early. Super convenient. Plenty of dining options and there are one or two that open till late in the evening or 24 hours. This is my go-to hotel if I need to stay at Haneda Airport.

The hotel was located in the airport which made it very convenient to stay the night prior to our flight out the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. We will stay here again if necessary on future trips.

I had a really great stay at this hotel overall. The staff was friendly, and the location was incredibly convenient for my needs. My only issue was that the mattress was quite hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was excellent. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Only thing good about this hotel is location. Room is very small, bed has only one pillow, bathroom is also very small. Don't even has space to open your carryon size suitscase. I found a hair on a bed when I checked in. If you expect to stay longer than one night, try other hotel. Oh, one more thing. If you need an ice pack for your medicine, or something needs to be frozen, this hotel do not have a freezer. Not just in a room. They don't have a freezer.

Perfect place to stay within the airport terminal so no need for a transfer. The airport itself has to be one of the best in the world to spend a night before a flight, excellent shopping and loads of places to eat. The hotel it’s self is exceptional for an airport hotel

We booked this hotel based on its convenience to the departure gate at the airport . The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here for one night before an early flight to US. The rooms are very small, but we expected that. The rooms are very dark and the carpet can probably be replaced. I would stay here again just for ease of transferring to a flight.

Excellent breakfast. Dinner was good too, I got pizza margherita since I am a vegetarian. It was so delicious. I took a relaxing shower after a long journey. The room was small but had all facilities. The only thing missing from the room was a window, that would make it perfect. Overall a wonderful stay, I would like to come here again. Thanks!

So convenient and beautiful hotel
So convenient staying at the airport hotel so we were right there at terminal 3 for our early morning flight. It gave us a chance to familiarise ourselves with the terminal the evening before, and do some last minute souvenir shopping in terminal 3. It was an immaculate hotel with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, great view of the runways from our window. Definitely would recommend.
