Staff are consistently considerate, professional, and are clearly hardworking. The location is perfect for ease of access to the metro and the JR Line and walking distance to Tokyo Tower and dining options. My room had a great view of Tokyo Tower with Mount Fuji in the distance. Happy to stay there again.

Very zen, huge beautiful entrance. Not too much English speaking from the staff but they definitely are patient. The rooms are decent size, the city view is worth booking. The hotel is literally connected to Shinbashi station which is even more convenient. Very well secured and safe. Great for a first hotel booking in Japan!

Helpful staff. They help me to hold the ex-large luggage in concierge overnight that I do not need to move in and out it to and from the guest room. They give us free parking when we have to leave those luggages in the hotel's concierge before we return the car to car rental company before noon.
