This is a true luxury hotel. The executive floor is beautifully decorated, and the dining amenities exclusive to that floor are lovely. The other nice thing about this hotel is that it is very close to a very large subway station that allows you to access almost anywhere in Tokyo. The subways in Tokyo are exquisite, clean, and safe and a great option other than taxis. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Not what I expected or paid for. This is marketed as a 4Star hotel but doesn’t even come close. Stayed at a junior suit ($600) where the room was old, dirty and tired. Pricing is high - 1 coffee is $12. Go to Starbucks where you get more for the same price. Will NOT stay there again.
