Room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Mattresses are very firm but we liked that , however I can see why some may not like them. Staff is great. Complimentary coffee was delicious. Area is quiet yet close to everything including train station.

Newer property nearby to Akihabara. The rooms were generally large enough and well maintained and bathrooms are spacious for Japanese standards. But property management needs to do a better job vacuuming as there were long strands of hair everywhere in the room on the floor, on the tatami, and even around and on the bed sheets when I arrived, which was not expected. There was also appeared to be mold on the baseboards by the floor.

Very well thought out design. Very efficient. You have a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, ample charging points. Staff is very helpful and speak excellent English. The breakfast was excellent.

Friendly staffs & small but cosy room

The staff are friendly and always willing to assist whenever possible. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day. The room is cosy, and the bed is comfortable. However, the twin room feels quite small for two people, especially when both suitcases are open on the floor. Apart from the room size, I have no complaints.

Location is great if you want to visit electric town...but other than that, there isn't much there. The beds are not too comfortable (pretty hard). The rooms are clean, but could use some renovations.
