The staff were friendly, the rooms were cleaned, the hotel located close to the train station, you just have to cross the street and it’s right there. The rooms are a bit small so trying getting around the beds it’s a bit annoying but this was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan.

Check in was prompt and the provided beds were roomy with clean sheets that were replaced every day. Amenities in the bathroom included cotton swabs, razors, bath towels, and shampoo. Located in a quiet neighborhood as well which was perfect for undisturbed sleep. Unfortunately the room and HVAC were extremely dusty and two members of our group came down with severe allergies. The process humidifier/filter marginally functioned as it was logged with dust.

Loved the property, we stayed for 11 days. Staff were amazing !!! Even though this hotel is a little out of the city, it was so easy to get into the heart of Tokyo, however there is so much to do locally that you could easily spend a day just walking around. Convenient location to subway, convenience stores, laundromat and shopping centres ( there’s a small Donkie within a 10 min walk)

This hotel is close to a shopping mall and a lot of options for dining. A plus for us is that it’s near a Catholic Church. They also have good staff and in-house nurse that you might need which was handy for us when I need assistance. The hotel rooms we stayed in were clean and cosy. We will come back for sure.
