The only complaint is the room stank like BO. A whole bottle of air spray was not enough to cover up the smell. If you look closely there is some black gunk one the vents. Other than that it’s an excellent hotel. The Staff is A5 wagyu grade. The location is perfectly located next to a JR train station which gives you access to all of Tokyo. There are plenty of shops close by like Donki and 7/11 aaan Lawson. I would recommend

Our stay was great from beginning to end. We were there early for our check-in time so we paid extra to get in our room. The room was cozy and although we did not have the Skytree view, we still had a beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing. We opted to include that in our booking. The day that we were going to Disney, they packed us some breakfast which we appreciate very much. It is very close to a train station, a mall, convenience stores and its ome of the hotels that are directly service by the airport limousine bus from both Haneda and Narita. It is also a Disney good neighbour hotel so they had a couple trips going to and coming back from the Parks. This hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Really liked the location of the property as it was on the metro and with a 72 hour pass at 9 euros one could go everywhere. The cleanliness was good but the fixtures and fittings were old and very worn. Carpets in the corridors were faded and the lifts were scratched and marked. The hotel really needs a refurb. Breakfast also finished at 9:30 which was very early compared to a lot of hotels I have stayed in normally 10:30/11. The hotel bar also closed early 10:30. I enjoyed our stay but the hotel needs work.

Very nice & superb breakfast.

Close to train & subway terminals. Very nice room, really superb breakfast, especially if you're willing to venture from traditional western/American fare. Omelets were cooked to order, and reliably good (across 3 days). We were given a room upgrade (size), which was nice, although from lying in bed, our view of the skytree was blocked by wall. Good room service, nice helful staff. Only knock was the mildew under rim of sink, which some bleach could knock out.

The restraunts and convience store all close by. The staff was on top tier level, and have beyond my expection. I wish that I should have stay more longer to explored around Tokyo!

This hotel was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The hotel is around the cut from shopping area and the train station.

The staff are very friendly, the room is very clean and spacious. The train station is very close and a lot of dinning around the area.

Hotel is outdated and paid a high amount for the room. View from the room is nice though and breakfast is not the best.
