Nice hotel. AC works fine and easy to operate. Staff speak “decent” English. Offers shuttle to/from airport and the price is cheap. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the frig wasn’t cold enough.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Overall, we are happy with the hotel, location, and close proximity to the train station. We enjoy the view of watching the trains at nights instead of looking over Skytree which was another room option.

Excellent hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was quite lovely, esp for the price! The hotel was very elegant and super convenient with 7-11, Family Mart and even Don Quijote right downstairs. The train stations were within 5 min. walking distance. The size of the room was decent for Japan, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was sometimes you can hear noises, not sure if it was doors closing or people walking upstairs, but it was kind of a muffled noise. But overall, would definitely stay here again.

The front desk is very helpful. We arrived at 6am and stored the luggage. When we were back after dinner, everything was moved to my room. Great location, especially going to Disney Sea. The shuttle is easy to reserve. My room has the view of Skytree but is a little old and not very clean on the tub area. After I requested, they cleaned it

great environment located right near great food and convenience stores and a station is a 5 minute walk which was very convenient. ambience is great and staff is very helpful and kind. great view of the skytree and a 15-20 minute walk away. a bit far (40 min subway) from main areas like shibuya and harajuku but overall a comfortable and pleasant experience! would recommend

The room itself was ok since it is an older hotel and is in need of a deep cleaning particularly in the restroom BUT the amenities and conveniences the hotel offers (reason I picked the hotel) makes up for it like the airport shuttle bus and disney shuttle bus. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Helpful and friendly staff and in a great location with many dining and shopping options very close by.

Such a beautiful hotel! Extremely convenient with train station, Disneyland transportation. And food/shopping options. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially with someone who didn’t speak the language. My one and only concern was the amount of mold in the bathroom. It felt overwhelming, especially coming from a desert environment where humidity mold isn’t a concern.
