Lovely hotel stay with a view of the Tokyo Skytree. Everything was clean and the hotel delivered our bags to the room for us. We collect souvenir coins so it was a fantastic surprise to find a machine in the lobby with unique Skytree designs!

The hotel was close to transportation and the area area walkable. We used the hotel as home base for three days of exploring toyko. The couch bed was uncomfortable and my son decided to sleep on the floor instead. Also, there was orange mildew on the shower tiles. Other than that a nice hotel.

Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected.

My family and I love this hotel. It was beautiful to walk into. The airport shuttle isn’t too expensive, and takes the stress out of having to navigate your way to the hotel. Especially after a long day of traveling. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Tokyo Skytree and a short walk to the train station and plenty of delicious places to eat. WHEN we come back we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that made our vacation memorable.

This is my 3rd time here and definitely more to come. Love the size of the room, staff is friendly, direct bus from airport, restaurants nearby.love it to the max
